摘要: 一种低介电聚酰亚胺复合薄膜材料及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:二元胺与二元酐反应制得聚酰胺酸溶液;柠檬酸水热法制得石墨烯量子点,并与二氨基吡啶进行酰胺化反应得到氨基吡啶功能化石墨烯量子点;将聚酰胺酸溶液与功能化石墨烯量子点室温混合,旋涂,并经梯度亚胺化处理得低介电聚酰亚胺复合薄膜材料。经功能化后的石墨烯量子点均匀分散在聚酰亚胺基体中,形成厚度均匀可控的薄膜材料。

摘要: 提供一种聚酰亚胺薄膜及其制备方法、显示装置。具体为制备一种含有酯基结构的聚酰胺酸,通过两步法制备聚酰胺酸。在聚酰亚胺中引入含有酯基结构的二酸酐,提高苯环含量的同时引入酯基有利于柔性实现,这不仅提高了其耐热性成分。由引入更长的柔性链成分,这样一方面可以有效的破坏大分子的规整度,从而提高材料的柔韧性,另一方面引入刚性的芳环基团,有利于其耐热性的实现。通过酯化反应将酯键引入到二酐,再来参与制备聚酰亚胺材料。

摘要: 提供了一种光敏聚酰亚胺复合材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将二元胺单体、功能化石墨烯量子点以及二元酐单体先后溶解于有机溶剂中,其中二元酐单体分批加入;经预设时间反应制得聚酰胺酸溶液;然后先后掺入光敏性叔胺和光引发剂,按照预设时间搅拌后得到混合溶液;将混合溶液旋转涂布,得到光敏聚酰胺酸薄膜;在一定温度范围内经梯度亚胺化处理得到光敏聚酰亚胺复合材料;其中,功能化石墨烯量子点利用柠檬酸热解法制得石墨烯量子点,用二氨基吡啶与功能化石墨烯量子点进行酰胺化反应得到。制备方法简单,所制备的石墨烯量子点达到纳米级,比表面积大,经改性后可以均匀分散在光敏聚酰亚胺基体中,形成厚度均匀可控的薄膜材料。

Three-dimensional bodies can be printed with the filament, wherein the three-dimensional bodies can have high strength values with even mechanical properties in printing direction and orthogonal to the printing direction.

摘要: Compositions of and methods for producing a modified polyimide-containing compound with an alkyl or acyl group, one method including selecting and preparing a polyimide-containing compound to undergo a Friedel-Crafts alkylation or acylation reaction; carrying out the Friedel- Crafts alkylation or acylation reaction on the polyimide-containing compound to bond an alkyl group or acyl group to a reactive site on an aromatic compound of the polyimide-containing compound; cleaving the polyimide-containing compound to produce modified monomers comprising the alkyl group or the acyl group; and using the modified monomers in a reaction to produce the modified polyimide-containing compound, wherein the alkyl group or the acyl group is present in the modified polyimide-containing compound.
