摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft ein Grünpapier zur Herstellung eines Gas-Diffusion-Layers (GDL) für eine Brennstoffzelle. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Grünpapier zur Herstellung eines Gas-Diffusion-Layers (GDL) für eine Brennstoffzelle. Erfindungsgemäß weist das Grünpapier mindestens eine erste Papierbahn auf, in die mindestens ein Wasserzeichen eingebracht ist. Das Wasserzeichen bildet dabei die Strukturierung für das Flow-Field bzw. die Gasverteilungsstruktur des aus dem Grünpapier hergestellten Gas-Diffusion-Layers (GDL). Besonders bevorzugt ist die erste Papier bahn mit Metall-Pulver und/ oder Metall-Fasern versetzt. Die endgültige GDL entsteht nach dem Entbindern, Sintern, Beschichten, Abscheiden von Atomschichten (ALD - atomic layer deposition) und gegebenenfalls weiteren Prozessschritten.

At least a part of the layers is formed by a fibrousweb or sheet containing 50–90 partsby weight of wood fibersand10–90partsby weight of annual or perennial plant fibersand/or10–50 partsby weight of synthetic short-cut fibers, and 0.1–20 % by weight of a binder, calculated from the weight of the fibers, and at least a part of the binder being a water-soluble polymer and another part a water dispersible binder, and the fibrous sheet or web being produced by wet forming. By means of the invention, the fibers of the composite structure can be recovered and recycled by equipment conventionally used in the paper and paperboard industry.
