摘要: The invention discloses a method for producing a three-dimensional molded article from cellulose fibers, comprising the steps of: -providing a pulp molding composition; -molding a three-dimensional precursor structure from said composition wherein said structure comprises a dry content between 15-80wt%; -providing an aqueous suspension comprising microfibrillated cellulose; -applying the aqueous suspension onto at least one face of said precursor structure to create a surface barrier layer on said structure; and -dewatering and drying said molded precursor structure under elevated temperature >150°C to a dry content of ≥88wt%, preferably ≥94wt%, more preferably ≥96% to achieve the three- dimensional molded article comprising a surface barrier layer.

摘要: La presente invención es un procedimiento para la obtención de un papel de embalaje reforzado que comprende la aplicación de un licor residual de pretratamiento de restos lignocelulósicos con alcohol-agua en el papel de embalaje y su posterior secado. El licor residual comprende una fracción sólida en suspensión de 1 - 70% en peso / volumen respecto del total, que comprende lignina y complejos lignina- carbohidratos; y una fracción líquida de 30 - 99 % en peso / volumen respecto del total, que contiene glucosa entre 0,04 y 2,07 g/L, xilosa entre 0,31 y 14,57 g/L, arabinosa entre 0,09 y 3,46 g/L, ácido acético entre 0,083 y 12,40 g/L, furfural entre 0,004 y 8,73 g/L. El procedimiento consigue mejorar la eficiencia de los licores residuales de pasta de celulosa en el proceso de reforzamiento de un papel de embalaje, y es válido para todo tipo de papel o cartón crudo.
