    Abstract: The subject matter of the invention is a leaf frame of balcony doors or windows, produced of profiles and equipped with a handle whose grip (2) is pivoted in the housing (3) that is connected with the profile, and having a grip positioning mechanism with a revolving locking element (4) and at least one fixing element (5) flexibly connected with the locking element, whereas the profile of the frame leaf has at the place where the housing (3) is mounted two known bores for the connecting elements that connect the housing (3) with the frame, and between them there is the third known bore for the control rod that is connected with the grip (2) of the handle and the leaf locking mechanism (8). The housing (3) of the handle of the leaf frame of balcony doors and windows is placed inside the profile (1 ) in a recess and the central section of the housing around the locking element (4) has a dimension 'd' not bigger than the smallest of the dimensions 'D' of the known bore of the control rod (7), in particular it is not bigger than the diameter of this bore.

    Abstract: A handle for balcony doors and windows, equipped with a grip (1 ) and a housing (2), with a grip positioning mechanism (1 ) inside and a cover plate (3) situated between the grip (1 ) and the housing (2).     Abstract: The invention relates to a window or door sash comprising a casement which is assembled from hollow profiled strips (14, 16) and comprises a channel (24) for the lock bar, which on the room side has a rabbet (18) and with its base (20), which base on the inside of the rabbet protrudes perpendicularly in relation to said rabbet, delimits a rebated area (22). The sash presents a lock bar drive (26) which on the inside of the rabbet can be introduced into an opening in the base of the lock bar channel (20) as well as a turning handle which from the outer side of the rabbet can be coupled to the lock bar drive via a central hole (28) for receiving a polygonal lug and through two fixing holes (30', 30'') embodied in the casement (10) laterally in relation to the central hole (28). The invention aims to simplify the production process as much as possible. To this end the invention provides for the holes (28, 30', 30'') in the casement (10) to be positioned at the level of the base of the lock bar channel (20) and for the opening in said base (20) to be divided by means of two transverse links arranged in the area between the holes (28, 30', 30''). Complementary thereto, the drive housing of the lock bar drive provided for in the invention has on its outer contours a recess (70, 72) which on one side is open towards the edge, is parallel to the axis of rotation of the toothed wheel (36) and protrudes into the area between the toothed wheel (36) and one of the threaded eyes (54, 56).
