Abstract: 一种制冷管路的密封方法及制冷管路。制冷管路的密封方法包括:步骤S602:将密封装置(130)包覆于第一管路(110)的对接处,密封装置(130)至少具有储胶腔(131),储胶腔(131)用于包覆于第一管路(110)的对接处;步骤S604:从储胶腔(131)的开口(133)处向密封装置(130)内注入密封胶;步骤S606:将密封装置(130)向远离对接处的方向移动以露出对接处;步骤S608:将第二管路(120)套设于对接处上;步骤S610:将密封装置(130)向对接处的方向移动以使密封装置(130)包覆于第二管路(120)与第一管路(110)的对接处;再次从储胶腔(131)的开口(133)处向密封装置(130)内注入密封胶。由于第一管路(110)和第二管路(120)之间充满密封胶,密封装置(130)和第一管路(110)、第二管路(120)之间充满密封胶,因此第一管路(110)和第二管路(120)的对接处获得双重的密封防护,密封效果良好。该制冷管路采用密封装置(130)和密封胶密封,解决目前火焰钎焊密封不安全等技术问题。

Abstract: Transferring liquid hydrogen between an onshore source and an offshore terminal without a jetty using concentric pipe-in-pipe system extending between source and terminal. A second pipe carries liquid hydrogen subsea and is housed in a first pipe. A fibre optic sensor monitors the temperature, and hence the pressure, in the annular volume between the first and second pipes to detect leaks of the liquid hydrogen within the pipeline. The annular volume has a partial vacuum and is filled with insulation capable of resisting compression in the partial vacuum. Anti-corrosion coating and cathodic protection is provided for the pipeline. First pipe is formed from low-temperature carbon steel, second pipe is formed from Nickel-Iron alloy. A separate return line of the pipeline carries displaced vapour from the terminal to the source.

The method further includes securing the polymeric fabric between the first and the second flange by using fasteners that extend through apertures of the first and the second flange and apertures of the polymeric fabric with the first and the second flange to form a flange joint.
