The lamp assembly has a casing, a riser and a control arm. The casing has a base section, a tapered section and a central bore. The riser has a first piece, a second piece and a third piece. The control arm has a first piece and a second piece. The first piece of the control arm causes the second piece of the riser to likewise rotate.
