본 발명의 일 실시예에 따라 다트 게임 장치가 개시된다. 상기 다트 게임 장치는, 불스 아이가 중앙에 배치되고 상기 불스 아이를 중심으로 한 복수의 동심원들과, 상기 불스 아이로부터 방사형으로 연장된 직선들로 구분된 복수의 영역을 포함하는 다트 타겟, 투사된 다트 핀의 히트 위치를 감지하는 센싱부, 다트 게임 플레이어의 적어도 일부분을 촬영할 수 있도록 배치된 카메라를 포함하는 카메라부, 상기 다트 게임 플레이어의 투사 동작에 대한 레슨 모드를 제공하며, 상기 다트 게임 플레이어의 투사 동작에 대한 레슨 영상을 생성하는 제어부 및 상기 카메라부에서 촬영된 영상에 기초한 영상 및 상기 다트 게임 플레이어의 투사 동작에 대한 레슨에 관련한 레슨 영상 중 적어도 하나를 출력하는 디스플레이부를 포함할 수 있다.
Abstract:
Disclosed are targets devices and method of using the target devices for electronically determining the location of projectile impacts on the surface of a target. The impact location is determined in a number of ways, including by use of a plurality of accelerometers or piezo-vibration sensors to determine the impact area and transmit data relating to the impact to a remote receiver for real-time presentation to the shooter. The method enables the shooting position to be determined by means of relatively economical electronic systems and the shooting target is portable such that the shooter may bring the target to a plurality of firing ranges and locations to convey the same real-time reporting and benefits to the shooter. The shooting target may be set-up on a standard target stand to wirelessly relay shot impact information to a portable personal computing device to present real-time virtual impact data to the shooter. This data can then be stored and categorized given user-selected inputs and shared with other shooters in an online forum.

A target assembly with an interface for data transfer includes a target which has an electronic unit for processing score, a control circuit provided in the inner of the target body which can convert the score data to digital signals, and at least one interface for cable data transfer and/ora data transfer point for wireless data transfer provided on the target body.Wherein, a score area divided according as standard mode, score numbers around the valid score area and a void area forprotecting walls are all provided on the target panel, the target has no any operable key press, any displaying device for display the numbers and the scores of players or any sound device for increasing fun effects on the target body. The interface and/or data transfer point is connected to the control circuit respectively. The target assembly according to the invention can be connected to computers by data cables or to computers and hand held device by wireless connection.

Method for determining the flight direction of a bullet within an area, comprising : providing a hollow spatial body (1) of electrically non-conductive material, provided with a large number of parallel conductors (2) which extend from top to bottom on or near the surface of the spatial body, each conductor is connected to an electric power source, and to current detection means adapted to detect through which conductors a current flows, and through which conductors no current flows. Furthermore computing means (4) are provided, which are configured to calculate the flight direction of the bullet from the position of the two conductors (2') of which the current flow, as detected by the current detection means, was interrupted by a bullet. If the device is complemented with sound detection means, it is possible to make a rough estimate of the distance to the shooting location.

A wireless damage detector for ceramic armor plates includes an interrogator and a body armor ceramic plate. The interrogator includes an inductive primary coil having a resonant frequency. The plate includes a corresponding inductive secondary coil adapted to cooperate with the primary coil when the interrogator is positioned in an interrogation position wirelessly adjacent the plate. When in the interrogation position, the primary and secondary coils are inductively coupled, that is, form an inductive coupling, when the primary coil is energized at the resonant frequency. The plate includes at least one self-contained frangible continuity circuit electrically connected to the secondary coil. The inductive coupling induces an electrical current flow in the continuity circuit when the circuit is undamaged. A detector cooperates with the primary and secondary coils when the interrogator is in the interrogation position. The detector detects the inductive coupling. An indicator cooperates with the detector.

Abstract:
A target device (1) has a target disc (2), with a printed circuit board (3) mounted centrally behind a transparent cover (4), rigidly connected to the target disc. The board incorporates control circuitry and an LED display (5), to display the status of the target. The disc and cover together are mounted via a resilient mounting (6) of elastomeric foam on base board (7), configured as a peripheral, lower scoring, secondary target. The base board itself is mounted on a wall (8) by a base mounting (9) the same as the mounting (6). Impact sensors (11,12,13), typically piezoelectric accelerometers, are respectively mounted on the target disc (2), the base board (7) and the wall. In use a player throws a ball at the target, and if the ball strikes the target disc, its sensor (11) will register a larger response than the other two sensors, whose response will be muted be the mountings. If the ball strikes the base board, sensor (12) will register the largest signal. If it strikes the wall or indeed if the player collides with the wall, the sensor (13) will register the largest signal. The target then sends to a scoring unit (21) a signal identifying the sort of strike detected.
