Abstract: A method of determining a sleep stage of an individual comprises identifying features associated with a current epoch of the sleep session, determining a plurality of sleep stage probabilities based on the features, identifying events experienced by the individual during the current epoch, and adjusting each of the plurality of sleep stage probabilities based on events experienced by the individual during the current epoch or a prior epoch, and/or a sleep stage previously determined for the prior epoch. The features include at least one feature associated with a flow of pressurized air from a respiratory therapy system used by the individual, at least one feature associated with a respiration rate of the individual, and/or at least one feature associated with a time of the sleep session. Each sleep stage probability corresponds to a respective one of a plurality of potential sleep stages during the current epoch of the sleep session.

For example, one or more embodiments described herein can regard a system comprising a memory that can store computer-executable components. The system can also comprise a processor, operably coupled to the memory, that executes the computer-executable components stored in the memory. The computer-executable components can include a prioritization component that can prioritize computer applications based on a clinical priority of tasks performed by the computer applications. The clinical priority can characterize a time sensitivity of the tasks. The computer-executable components can also include a resource pool component that can divide computational resources across a plurality of resource pools and can assign the computer applications to the plurality of resource pools based on the clinical priority.

The first point in time differs from the second point in time at least by one month.

Abstract: A system for optimizing parameters of a DBS pulse signal for treatment of a patient is provided. In predicting optimal DBS parameters, functional brain data is input into a predictor system (1), the functional brain data acquired responsive to a sweeping across a multi-dimensional parameter space of one or more DBS parameters. Statistical metrics of brain response are extracted from the functional brain data for one or more ROIs or voxels of the brain via the predictor system (1), and a DBS functional atlas is accessed, via the predictor system (1), that comprises disease-specific brain response maps derived from DBS treatment at optimal DBS parameter settings for a plurality of diseases or neurological conditions. One or more optimal DBS parameters are predicted for the patient based on the statistical metrics of brain response and the DBS functional atlas via the predictor system (1).

Abstract: A protected health information (PHI) service is provided which de- identifies medical study data (e.g., digital imaging and communications in medicine (DICOM) study data) and allows medical providers to control PHI data, and uploads the de-identified data to a remote service system. The PHI service, or an associated service, hosted within an organization performing scans, maintains a database of personally identifiable information, and enables the user to access PHI without having to establish a connection to a virtual private network or WiFi network of the medical service provider. The system also increases the speed, efficiency and flexibility of the technology of medical imaging and analysis over computer networks by correlating unique identifiers in the PHI Service in order to accept DICOM study data over time, and track and retrieve what PHI data has changed regardless of the chronological order in which it was received.

Abstract: A method of creating a genetically personalized intravenous or intramuscular nutrition therapy treatment formula includes developing an initial mapping of individual micronutrients to SNPs, symptoms, conditions, and therapeutic objectives based on existing individual scientific literature references that link the specific micronutrient to an SNP, a symptom, a condition, or a therapeutic objective. The method includes receiving an SNP and a symptom, a condition, or a therapeutic objective for a patient, comparing the SNP, symptom, condition, therapeutic objective combination with the initial mapping to identify matching micronutrients, creating a custom treatment formula with the identified micronutrients, and treating the patient with the formula. Feedback data about the formula's effectiveness is received and the initial mapping is updated to account for the feedback data. This process is repeated for subsequent patients positioned geographically remotely from each other so that future patients are treated with reference to an updated current mapping.
