A positional indicator system that includes a mounting bracket having a slot that extends along a linear slot axis. A drum may be rotably coupled to the mounting bracket so as to rotate about an axis that is offset from, and non-intersecting with, the slot axis. A pin body of a pin assembly may extend into a chamber of an electrical housing so as to be coupled to a displaceable electrical component, and thereby be linearly displaced along the slot as the displaceable electrical component is linearly displaced within the chamber. The pin assembly may be coupled to a biasing element that is coupled to the drum. A plurality of indicia may be positioned or mounted on the biasing element, such as via a windable indicator plate, and may provide a visual indication through a window of the electrical housing of the relative position of the displaceable electrical component.

A recording device (7), for recording the switch state of an electromagnetic switch device (1), comprises a housing (8), in which a plunger (9) is a movably mounted. The plunger (9) may be moved between two mechanical end positions, wherein the end positions of the plunger (9) correspond to the switch states of the electromagnetic switch device (1). A sensor device (14) is arranged in the housing (8) by means of which it may be recorded in which of the end positions the plunger (9) is and from which a corresponding electrical signal (E) may be emitted. The sensor device (14) is designed to be able to record the position of the plunger (9) without contacting the plunger (9).

Ein Relaismodul (100) umfasst einen Steuereingang (102) zur kombinierten Ansteuerung und Leistungsversorgung des Relaismoduls (100) mit Wechselspannung. Ein Festspannungsregler (114) des Relaismoduls (100) erzeugt nach Gleichrichtung der Wechselspannung oder eines Anteil der Wechselspannung eine Festspannung (116). Ein Komparator (120) wird von der Festspannung (116) betrieben und leitet von der Festspannung (116) eine Referenzspannung (118) ab. Der Komparator (120) vergleicht einen gleichgerichteten und geglätteten Anteil der Wechselspannung mit der Referenzspannung (118). Eine Schaltstufe (124) des Relaismoduls (100) betreibt abhängig vom Vergleich des Komparators (120) eine Relaiseinheit (126), die eingangsseitig mit der Schaltstufe (124) und ausgangsseitig mit Schaltanschlüssen des Relaismoduls (100) verbunden ist.
