The present invention relates to a machine developed for the production of flocked velvet-looking yarn, especially used in the textile industry and also in the aircraft industry - automotive, shoe-bag, and clothing sectors, and the flocked velvet-looking yarn produced with this machine and the flocked velvet-looking yarn production method. There is adhesive dispensing cylinder group (5) positioned on the horizontal axis for 1-6 Nm yarns and adhesive dispensing cylinder group (S') positioned on the vertical axis for 1-10 mm diameter yarns for flock coating to ensure the application of adhesive on the yarns whose surface will be flocked. Yarns whose surface is coated with adhesive are flocked in the flocking unit.

An air scrubber/purifying filter includes filter material having a substrate, an adhesive coating applied to the substrate and a plurality of flock fibers flocked into the adhesive coating. In one embodiment, bi-component flock fibers are flocked on a Reticulated Foam (RF) substrate and subsequently fibrillated. In another embodiment, Cross-Flow Flock Fiber (CFF) filter material includes edgewise, cross cut, bonded, stacked fabric layers such that the passage of air through the flock fibers is normal to the flock fiber orientation. In some embodiments the flock fibers are coated with biocidal, virucidal and/or metalized coatings or finishes to provide biocidal or virucidal properties to the filter media.

A powder spreading apparatus includes a hopper having a first end, a second end opposite from the first end, a front wall, a rear wall opposite from the front wall, and a floor. The front wall, the rear wall, the first end, the second end, and the floor define an interior. An impeller is disposed within the interior of the hopper. The impeller includes a plurality of circumferentially spaced flutes and is configured to rotate about an impeller axis that extends from the first end of the hopper to the second end of the hopper to deposit powder onto a print area. A spreader rod is coupled to the hopper and extends along a spreader rod axis parallel to the impeller axis. The spreader rod is configured to rotate about the spreader rod axis to smooth the powder as it is deposited onto the print area.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Außenbeschichten eines Rohres (2) mit einer Innenbeschichtung (3), insbesondere Innenplattierung, mit: Bereitstellen des Rohres (2) in einer Beschichtungsanlage (1), lokales Erwärmen eines zu beschichtenden Außenflächenbereichs des Rohres (2) mit einer Heizvorrichtung (10), lokales Kühlen der Innenbeschichtung (3) mit einer Kühlvorrichtung (11) im Bereich des erwärmten Außenflächenbereichs, so dass dort in einer Überganszone (14) zwischen Rohr (2) und Innenbeschichtung (3) eine erste Grenztemperatur (TG1) nicht überschritten wird und im zu beschichtenden Außenflächenbereich eine zweite Grenztemperatur (TG2) nicht unterschritten wird, Beschichten des erwärmten Außenflächenbereichs mittels einer Beschichtungsvorrichtung (8) sowie eine Beschichtungsanlage (1) zur Durchführung eines solchen Verfahrens.

The system comprises at least one computer hardware processor, and at least one non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing processor-executable instructions that, when executed by the at least one computer hardware processor, cause the at least one computer hardware processor to perform acts of: accessing information specifying a plurality of 3D objects to be printed using at least one 3D printer, the at least one 3D printer including a first 3D printer; determining a priority for each of at least some of the plurality 3D objects to obtain determined 3D object priorities; assigning, based on the determined 3D object priorities, a subset of the plurality of 3D objects to a first printer tray adapted for use with the first 3D printer; and obtaining a packing plan indicating an arrangement of the subset of the 3D objects within the first printer tray.

An electrode sensor involves a solid conductive polymeric substrate shaped as an electrode sensor or portion of an electrode sensor having a layer of silver-coated particles distributed on and embedded into a surface of the substrate. The electrode sensor is particularly useful for ECG electrodes and utilizes less silver without unduly sacrificing performance. A process for producing the electrode sensor involves distributing a layer of silver-coated particles on a surface of a solid conductive polymeric substrate shaped as an electrode sensor or portion of an electrode sensor and thermally embedding the silver-coated particles into the surface. The process is simpler and less costly than existing processes for producing electrode sensors.

A transfer decorating machine that utilises powdered material or granules comprises: a mobile rest surface (10), on which the objects to be decorated are translated according to a predetermined direction; a device for the application of a decoration, operating above the mobile rest surface (10) and provided with a mobile transfer belt (3), which is a closed loop between movement rollers (2, 20) having mutually parallel axes, and serves the function of receiving a decoration realised with powdered material or granules (9) and then transferring it on objects to be decorated. Said device comprises a first unit (100) suitable for composing a decoration on the transfer belt (3) and a second unit (200) that carries out the transfer of the decoration from the transfer belt (3) onto an object to be decorated. The transfer belt (3) is commanded to move in a direction concordant with that of the mobile rest surface (10). The second unit (200) comprises a section located in the lower part of the transfer belt (3) that has the external side thereof facing downwards and facing, at a predetermined distance, a surface to be decorated (11) of an object lying on the mobile rest surface (10). This section extends between a curved surface of an abutment (17, 2) and a movement roller (20). There are means operating correspondingly on the internal side of the said section of the transfer belt (3) to direct jets of air towards it, said jets of air generating a situation of turbulence.

Полезная модель относится к бытовым устройствам, а именно к устройствам для нанесения ворсового покрытия на небольшие поверхности, например на ногти. Техническим результатом является повышение эксплуатационных свойств, что обусловливает повышение эффективности использования устройства. Устройство для нанесения ворсового покрытия содержит пустотелый корпус, внутри которого размещены бункер-дозатор, источник питания - пьезоэлемент с электродом, размещенный в бункере-дозаторе, и вибромотор, причем корпус оснащен, по меньшей мере, одним светодиодом. Корпус устройства выполнен из диэлектрического материала, на внутренней поверхности стенок корпуса выполнены рельефные образования, которые создают изоляционный канал, в полость которого размещен провод, который соединяет пьезоэлемент с электродом, который размещен в бункере- дозаторе, а бункер-дозатор выполнен с крышкой на загрузочном отверстии, с помощью которой крепится сменная сетка для ворса, причем вибромотор механически соединен с бункером-дозатором.
