Abstract: Nesting wafer handling robot arms are provided that may be used to move semiconductor wafers between various wafer placement locations in a semiconductor processing tool. The nesting wafer handling robot arms may be configured so that each wafer handling may be able to translate along a translation system and pick and place wafers independent of what the other wafer handling may be doing. The two wafer handling robot arms may enter a nesting configuration so that each wafer handling robot may concurrently pick or place wafers from wafer placement locations where one wafer placement location is directly above the other.

Abstract: Los diferentes aspectos de la presente invención se refieren a un sistema tipo exoesqueleto para órtesis y prótesis para falanges que comprende un conjunto de falanges ortoprostéticas, un mecanismo de tracción y un conjunto de acoplamiento, que opera únicamente de forma mecánica con base en el movimiento de la articulación metacarpofalángica del paciente y por tanto, el sistema tipo exoesqueleto de la presente invención no requiere de aditamentos electromecánicos, de control y derivados para poder llevar a cabo el movimiento del sistema. La presente invención ha sido diseñada para su uso en pacientes que les han sido amputadas las falanges distal y media o, en cualesquiera de los dedos pulgar índice, medio, anular y/o menique y/o que por otro lado, en pacientes que, en cualesquiera de los dedos previamente mencionados, presenten lesiones, atrofia, parálisis o cualquier limitación motriz que requiera la asistencia del sistema tipo exoesqueleto de la presente invención; y por tanto, aún conservan la falange proximal en cualesquiera de los dedos previamente referidos. La presente invención puede emplearse en amputaciones recientes y maduras, así como en lesiones, atrofias, parálisis y/o cualquier limitante motriz presente en cualesquiera de los dedos del paciente, con la finalidad de proveer al paciente nuevamente de dichas falanges media y distal y, principalmente, a fin de devolver la funcionalidad relacionada con ambas porciones de los dedos, esto es, la extensión y flexión de los mismos, en donde ventajosamente, cada sistema tipo exoesqueleto de la presente invención puede operar de forma independiente, es decir, sin necesidad de interactuar entre los diferentes sistemas tipo exoesqueleto cuando el paciente tiene vahos dedos amputados o si sólo se emplea uno.
