The invention relates to traveling devices and a logistics transport vehicle. The traveling devices each comprise a driving device, wheels, a brake device and guiding wheels. The driving devices are fixed to the lower portion of a vehicle body of the logistics transport vehicle; the wheels are connected with the output ends of the driving devices; the brake devices are connected with the wheels; and the guiding wheels are arranged on the lower portion of the vehicle body. The logistics transport vehicle comprises the traveling devices and the vehicle body arranged on the traveling devices. Thetraveling devices and the logistics transport vehicle are simple in structure, the occupied space of the devices is reduced, and the traveling devices and the logistics transport vehicle adapt to transport of underground pipeline in limited space.
