The fixed pattern includes a first magnetic pattern, a second magnetic pattern, and a hybrid spacer, including a nonmagnetic material layer, between the first magnetic pattern and the second magnetic pattern, the nonmagnetic material including a plurality of magnetic nanoparticles dispersed therein.
