The battery thermal management device includes a first thermal manager configured to regulate a battery temperature using a liquid working fluid, a second thermal manager configured to regulate the battery temperature using a gaseous working fluid, and the second thermal manager works with the first thermal manager by exchanging heat between the liquid working fluid and the gaseous working fluid.
