The droplets manipulating device includes a first magnetic field generator, a second magnetic field generator, and a flow channel. The first magnetic field generator produces a first magnetic field on the droplet, so that the droplet has the direction of magnetic field corresponding to the first magnetic field. Further, the second magnetic field generator produces a second magnetic field on the droplet so as to drive the droplet to be in motion in the flow channel.
