摘要: The invention relates to a hydro-transformer which comprises a hydro-motor (4), a control valve (2), and a control device (7). A working connection (2A) of the control valve which can be optionally connected in a hydraulic manner to a pressure connection (2P) of the control valve or to a discharge connection (2T) of the control valve is connected to a first connection (4B) of the hydro-motor. The second connection (4C) of the hydro-motor is hydraulically connected to a drive element (5). The control valve (2) is controlled by the control device (7) in response to a signal which characterizes the volume flow in the hydro-motor. If the drive element is cylinder, the retraction thereof can be carried out at a constant speed and independent of load, and energy can be recovered during insertion. By providing an additional control valve (8) between the second connection of the hydro-motor and the drive element, a higher pressure can be generated on the drive element when the pressure on the pressure connection of the control valve is low.

摘要: A linear actuator system includes a linear actuator and at least one integrated pump assembly connected to the linear actuator to provide fluid to operate the linear actuator. The integrated pump assembly includes a pump with at least one fluid driver comprising a prime mover and a fluid displacement assembly to be driven by the prime mover such that fluid is transferred from a first port of the pump to a second port of the pump. The pump assembly also includes two valve assembles to isolate the pump from the system. The linear actuator system also includes a controller that establishes at least one of a speed and a torque of the at least one prime mover to exclusively adjust at least one of a flow and a pressure in the linear actuator system to an operational set point.

摘要: A hydraulic system (10) includes an electronically-controlled counter-pressure valve (60) that enables backpressure in a return line (36) of the system to be varied by a control unit (64). The system allows active control of the pressure in the return line to produce different return pressures for different situations. A higher return line pressure may be set to improve make-up or recirculating flow through an anti-cavitation valve (50). This may improve controllability of functions that benefit from backpressure, such as lowering loads (12). The control unit that controls the counter-pressure valve may take into account any of a wide variety of possible inputs when setting the counter-pressure valve.

摘要: A hydraulic system (600) and method for reducing boom dynamics of a boom (30), while providing counter-balance valve protection, includes a hydraulic actuator (110), first and second counter-balance valves (300, 400), first and second independent control valves (700, 800), and first and second blocking valves (350, 450). The actuator includes first and second corresponding chambers. In a first mode, the second counter-balance valve is opened by the first control valve, and the first counter-balance valve is opened by the second control valve. In a second mode, at least one of the counter-balance valves is closed. A meter-out control valve (800, 700) may be operated in a flow control mode, and/or a meter-in control valve (700, 800) may be operated in a pressure control mode. Boom dynamics reduction may occur while the boom is in motion (e.g., about a worksite). By opening the counter-balance valves, sensors at the control valves may be used to characterize external loads. The control valves may respond to the external loads and at least partially cancel unwanted boom dynamics. The system may further detecting faults in actuators with counter-balance valves and prevent any single point fault from causing a boom falling event and/or mitigate such faults.

In a system having an adjustable hydraulic fluid valve arranged between a hydraulic reservoir and a hydraulic consumer, pressure is measured at the reservoir-facing side and at the consumer-facing side of the valve, from which the fluid flow through the valve can be determined. The valve can then be easily controlled to provide a desired fluid flow level, regardless of the type of hydraulic circuit used.

The actuating device comprises a hydraulic pump with an associated electric pump motor and one or more hydraulic actuators, each for driving an associated movable part of the convertible top assembly. The actuating device also comprises a control circuit for effecting a defined sequence of movements of the actuator(s) and feedback means, which are connected to the control unit, for feeding information relating to the sequence of movements of an actuator back to the control unit. The feedback means comprise means for measuring the electric power consumed by the pump motor, which means transmit a feedback signal to the control unit.
