The invention relates to a hydraulic control mechanism for a mobile machine tool, especially a wheel loader, for damping longitudinal oscillations. The inventive hydraulic control mechanism comprises at least one hydraulic cylinder (12) which helps to move a working tool, a directional control valve (11) for controlling the paths of the hydraulic fluid between a pressure chamber (15) of the hydraulic cylinder (12), a source of hydraulic fluid and a tank (27), and a hydraulic accumulator (21) which can be connected to a source of hydraulic fluid by means of a filling valve (22; 71) located in a filling line (20), whose charge pressure can be increased to a maximum pressure by means of said filling valve (22; 71) and which can be connected to the pressure chamber (15) of the hydraulic cylinder (12) in order to dampen the longitudinal oscillations. The inventive mechanism also has a shut-off valve (22; 75) which can be moved into a through position in which hydraulic fluid can flow through from the hydraulic accumulator (21) to the pressure chamber (15) of the hydraulic cylinder (12) and vice versa, when a first condition is fulfilled. According to the invention, the shut-off valve (22; 75) can also be moved into its shut-off position when the first condition is fulfilled in the event that the charge pressure in the pressure chamber (15) of the hydraulic cylinder (12) or the accumulator pressure reaches a maximum pressure.

The drive system is designed as a secondarily regulated system in which there is a hydraulic transformer (6, 7) consisting of two mechanically coupled hydrostatic machines (6, 7), each with adjustable intake and delivery volumes. The first machine (6) is connected to a pressure system (3, 4) with a constant or imposed pressure and the second (7) is connected to the pressure cylinder (16). According to the invention, the drive system is designed in such a way that the prestress on the pressure cylinder (16) and the process in fast motion and pressure stroke, the decompression of the pressure cylinder and the rinsing of hot working medium in the closed circuit takes place without any choke losses or power is recovered via the hydraulic transformer.

The valve piston is loaded in the closing direction by a closing spring. According to the invention, in its closed position the valve piston is taken at least approximately as far as the first face of the bush facing the ring by the bush. The guidance between the valve piston and the bush, the quality of which is essentially determined by the ratio between the guide distance and the guide diameter, is thus still sufficiently good if the radial passages through the bush and the diameter of the valve piston are very large in order to obtain large aperture cross-sections of the valve and hence low flow resistance.

The aim is to achieve a particularly inexpensive design for a hydraulic system of this type. This is achieved by the feature according to which the bypass valve (32, 33) can be adjusted to allow more hydraulic fluid to flow through the bypass line (31) during actuation of the steering valve (25). This makes it possible to keep the system pressure low and thus to use a simple and inexpensive hydraulic pump (10). No additional valves are required.
