摘要: A battery cell and a method of manufacturing the battery cell are provided, in which a swelling degree of the battery cell may be precisely measured. A battery cell includes a grid on a surface portion of the battery cell. A method of manufacturing a battery cell includes printing a grid on a surface portion of a battery cell, tubing the surface portion on which the grid is printed to mount the surface portion on an outer surface of the battery cell, and measuring a swelling degree of the battery cell with respect to a grid lattice shape of the surface portion after tubing, as a reference shape.

摘要: An electrochemical apparatus (100) includes a first electrode plate (10) and a second electrode plate (20) separated by a separator (80), and a first tab adhesive (40) and a first electrode plate adhesive (50). The first electrode plate (10) is provided with a first mounting groove (131) for accommodating the first tab adhesive (40). The second electrode plate (20) is provided with a second mounting groove (221) on a surface facing the first electrode plate (10), the first electrode plate adhesive (50) being accommodated in the second mounting groove (221). With the foregoing structure, the electrochemical apparatus (100) of some embodiments of this application can effectively solve the problem of increased overall thickness of the electrochemical apparatus (100) caused by the provision of the first tab adhesive(40) and the first electrode plate adhesive (50).

摘要: Provided are an electrode assembly (10), a battery cell (6), a battery (2), and an electric apparatus. The electrode assembly (10) comprises a positive electrode plate (11), a negative electrode plate (12), and a separation assembly (13), and the separation assembly (13) is configured to separate the positive electrode plate (11) from the negative electrode plate (12). At least part of the separation assembly (13) is provided as a multi-layer structure area (13a), and at least part of the multi-layer structure area (13a) is located between the positive electrode plate (11) and negative electrode plate (12) adjacent to each other. The multi-layer structure area (13a) is configured to correspond to a position where the negative electrode plate (12) is prone to lithium precipitation. The multi-layer structure area (13a) can block lithium dendrites, thereby reducing the probability of conduction between the positive electrode plate (11) and the negative electrode plate (12), effectively reducing the risk of short circuiting, prolonging the service life of the electrode assembly (10), and improving the safety of the electrode assembly (10).

摘要: A main object of the present disclosure is to provide a method for producing a battery in which the degrade of sealability in a liquid injection frame is inhibited. The present disclosure achieves the object by providing the method including: a preparing step of preparing an electrode member that includes an electrode layered body including a plurality of electrode layered in a z axis direction, and a liquid injection frame made of a resin arranged in a side surface of the electrode layered body; a liquid injection step of injecting a liquid electrolyte into the electrode layered body in the electrode member via the liquid injection frame; a temporary sealing step of temporary sealing the liquid injection frame by arranging a gas pack to cover an entire outer periphery of the liquid injection frame when viewed from an x axis direction orthogonal to the z axis direction; a gas storing step of storing a gas generated due to charging or aging in a space inside the gas pack; a degassing step of degassing the gas by opening the gas pack after the gas storing step; and a sealing step of sealing the liquid injection frame with a sealing member.
