The invention relates to a fuel accumulator block for testing high-pressure components of fuel injection systems. The fuel accumulator block comprises an accumulator body (10) and at least one pressure control valve (13), which is accommodated in a receptacle (23) in the accumulator body (10). The accumulator body (10) is connected to a test line (51) for a test medium and to a cooling line (61) for a cooling medium. Inside the accumulator body (10), a test line system (20) for the test medium and a cooling line system (30) for the cooling medium are provided. The cooling line system (30) has at least one section which runs close to the receptacle (23) for the pressure control valve (13).

Dazu wird der von der Vorförderpumpe (1) geförderte Kraftstoff durch das Druckregelventil (13) geleitet, und zusammen mit dem durch Drosselung erwärmten Kraftstoff aus dem Common-Rail (9), zur Ansaugseite der Hochdruckpumpe (7) geführt, wobei das dort befindliche Kraftstofffilter (35) erwärmt wird. Außerdem kann ein Druckregelventil (13) eines Common-Rails (9) gekühlt werden indem im betriebswarmen Zustand des Motors die Leckageleitung (23) der Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe (7) mit dem Druckregelventileingang (17) verbunden wird und der von der Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe (7) kommende Kraftstoff, der sich aus Leckagemenge, zur Schmierung benötigten Menge und Überschussfördermenge zusammensetzt, das Druckregelventil kühlt.

The present invention relates to a micro-injecting device and a method of manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, a liquid chamber barrier layer (7) and a first organic film layer (21) are formed of solution including a soft polyamide acid. The soft polyamide acid solution is dried and heat treated under an appropriate condition to harden. When the soft polyamide acid solution is further treated at 280 to 300°C and pressure of 0.5 to 2 kg/cm 2 , the soft polyamide acid solution acts as an adhesive. Accordingly, the liquid chamber barrier layer (7) and the first organic film layer (21) of the membrane (20) which are based on and made of the soft polyamide acid solution, can be tightly combined with other construction without the combination progressive layer.
