Le procédé permet de réaliser la fixation des différentes pièces d'un T par une seule passe de soudage laser à partir de l'extérieur du T. Le soudage se fait par une tête de soudage au laser bifocale (20) dont les deux axes de soudage (21) sont confondus chacun avec une surface de la pièce formant le pied (10) du T, le soudage s'effectuant d'une seule passe sur toute la longueur de l'assemblage. Application à la fabrication des bras du canal externe d'un turboréacteur.

A liquid phase diffusion bonding method for a metal machine part superior in the quality of the joint and the productivity enabling the bonding time to be shortened, achieving homogenization of the bonding structure and improving the tensile strength, fatigue strength, and joint quality and reliability. This liquid phase diffusion bonding method of a metal machine part is characterized in terposing an amorphous alloy foil for liquid phase diffusion bonding at bevel faces of metal materials, performing primary bonding by melt bonding said amorphous alloy foil and said metal material by resistance welding to form a joint, then performing secondary bonding by liquid phase diffusion bonding by reheating said joint to at least the melting point of said amorphous alloy foil, then holding it there to complete the solidification process of said joint.

Die Erfindung beschreibt einen wirtschaftlichen, beanspruchungsgerechten und serienreifen Fügeprozess von Bauteilen (1,2) in Mischverbindungen der Werkstoffe schwarzer Temperguss mit Stahl durch die Vereinigung von Wärmebehandlungs- und Fügeprozessen in einem Arbeitsgang zu ermöglichen. Dieses wird dadurch erreicht, dass unter Verwendung von Hochenergiestrahlen (4.1,4.2) mit unterschiedlichen Strahlparametern sowohl eine dem Gusswerkstoff metallurgisch günstige Vorwärmung ermöglicht wird als auch durch Veränderung der Strahleigenschaften im gleichen Arbeitsgang die Verbindung hergestellt wird.

The invention relates to a gas exchange valve with a hollow space, for an internal combustion engine. Said valve comprises a valve stem (3), a valve base and a valve disk (2). The valve stem and valve disk or valve stem and valve base have an approximately cylindrical, elongated hollow space which is formed by both parts. Said space is sealed by welding. The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the welding. To this end, an extra mass of the material required for sealing the hollow space is provided on the valve disk or the valve base so that no additional welding material is necessary.
