    摘要： A two-stage process for the production of linear phosphonitrilic chloride oligomers is provided. In the first step, phosphorus trichloride (PCl 3 ) and chlorine are reacted in a suitable liquid reaction medium. In the second step PCl 3 , Cl 2 and NH 3 are concurrently fed into the medium white maintaining a temperature at 100°C to 140°C. The feeds of the reactants are controlled so that until the first half of the NH 3 has been reacted the molar ratio of PCl 3 :NH 3 (including the PCl 3 of the first step) is kept above two. Thereafter, the feeds are adjusted so that with respect to the total amount of ammonia, said molar ratio is between 1.2 and 1.5. Linear phosphonitrilic chloride oligomers having a number average degree of polymerization from 2 to 9 are produced in high yield.

    摘要： An improved process is provided for the production of thioalkyl aniline compounds, which are known and useful as intermediates for producing anthelmintic, antibacterial and fungicidal benzimidazole compounds. According to the process a thiocyano aniline compound, an alcohol and an alkali metal cyanide are reacted, with the additional presence of an alkyl halide, and also with a dipolar aprotic solvent, or in the preence of an immiscible solvent and a phase transfer catalyst. A further improvement consists of providing said phase transfer catalyst as a polymer-bound catalyst.

    摘要： Effective dispersants for use in compression ignition fuels are described as are compression ignition fuels containing such dispersants. The invention includes a fuel composition comprising: (a) a compression-ignition internal combustion fuel; and (b) a Mannich dispersant additive formed from: (1) at least one alkyl-substituted hydroxyaromatic compound; (2) at least one aldehyde; (3) a primary or secondary amine; wherein the molar ratio of the alkyl-substituted hydroxyaromatic compound to the aldehyde is in the range of from 1:1.25 to about 1:2; and wherein the molar ratio of the alkyl-substituted hydroxyaromatic compound to the amine is in the range of from about 1:1.25 to about 1:2.
