The required space for the hydrogen filling station system (1) is reduced and operational safety is increased in that the PEM electrolyzer (2) is directly connected to the compression device (3) and the compression device (3) is directly connected to the filling system (4), without temporary storage respectively, meaning the compressed hydrogen is not temporarily stored.

Ist für die Anlage ein Betriebsdruck in der Ansaugleitung von 4 oder 5 bar notwendig, kann bei extremen Temperaturverhältnissen die Autogasanlage nicht in Betrieb genommen werden. Die neue Vorrichtung ermöglicht, einen definierten Druck unabhängig von der vorherrschenden Außentemperatur am Auslassventil des Flüssiggastankbehälters zu erzeugen. Da sich der Innendruck des Tankbehälters (1) aus den spezifischen Stoffkennwerte der Gemischanteile und sich dem daraus resultierenden Gleichgewicht zwischen flüssiger und gasförmiger Phase ergibt, das von der Temperatur abhängig ist, wird dies Gleichgewicht nun reguliert, indem im Tank oder an der Aussenwandung eine Vorrichtung (2) integriert wird, durch die dem Flüssiggas eine gezielte Wärmemenge zugeführt wird. Die Vorrichtung ermöglicht den Betrieb einer Autogasanlage mit Flüssiggas auch bei tiefen Temperaturen insbesondere zum Betrieb von Dieselmotoren mit Flüssiggas.

The present invention provides a modular natural gas compressor system for compressing natural so that it can be used to refuel motor vehicles. This system permits easy assembly and disassembly of compressor stations, as each individual compressor unit is shaped so that it will fit on a base structure. Specifically, the modular system is comprised of a prefabricated, mass produced base skid having at least one allowed space of standardized dimensions and at least one natural gas compressor unit, the base of which is shaped to fit in a allowed space of the base skid. Additional compressed natural gas compressor units or booster units, the bases of which are also shaped to fit in the allowed spaces of the base skid, may be added to increase the efficiency or functionality of the system.
