    摘要: An increase in the temperature of a sliding bearing can be suppressed even when the bearing is used under a high load. It is possible to reduce the temperature of the bearing and prevent the bearing from burning and being damaged. The bearing is divided into two and composed of a bearing liner 3; 103 and a bearing base metal 4; 104. The bearing liner is provided on an inner circumferential side of the bearing, and the bearing base metal 4; 104 is provided on an outer circumferential side of the bearing. A lower bearing liner 3a; 103a of the bearing liner 3; 103, which is located on a load-receiving side 3a; 103a, has a cooling groove formed in an outer circumferential surface thereof and extending along a circumferential direction thereof. A lubricant is cooled in the cooling groove 6, 7; 106and supplied to reduce the temperature of a shaft-sliding surface 16; 127 of the bearing. The lubricant that increases in temperature due to the cooling and has low viscosity is supplied to the bearing.

    摘要: A gas turbine rotor warming structure comprises a tubular member (9), having a central through hole (902) extending axially and having a plurality of fine holes (901) formed in its side wall. The tubular member (9) is inserted in central holes (201, 301, 401) of the rotor disks (2, 3, 4) forming an annular gap between the inner surfaces of the central holes and the outer surface of the tubular member. The plurality of fine holes of the tubular member are formed so as to face the inner peripheral surface of the central holes (201, 301, 401) of the rotor disks (2, 3, 4), so that gas extracted from a compressor is injected into the annular gap through the fine holes (901) and impinged on the inner peripheral surfaces of the rotor disks (2, 3, 4), whereby inner peripheral portions of the rotor disks (2, 3, 4) are warmed at the time of starting of the gas turbine. The extracted compressor gas which has warmed the inner peripheral portions of the rotor disks passes between the disks and cools the turbine blades (5, 6, 7).
