摘要: A metal sealing material used in a sealing device which can reduce a gap between a stator and a rotor of a turbine. The metal sealing material used in a sealing device for a stator and a rotor of a turbine includes a surface layer and a lower layer composed of a porous metal layer, wherein the porosity of the surface layer is smaller than the porosity of the lower layer; the porosity of the surface layer is 60 to 65% and the porosity of the lower layer is 67 to 75% or less; and the porous metal layer has a thickness of 0.3 to 3.0 mm and may include, as a main component, an MCrAlY alloy where M is either one of Ni and Co or both thereof, and h-BN as a solid lubricant.

摘要: Disclosed is a turbine rotor blade 40a, 40b that is highly manufacturable and capable of reducing the stress caused by centrifugal force. The turbine rotor blade 40a includes: a vane portion 3 having a blade leading edge 21 which is positioned upstream in the distribution direction of working fluid, and a blade trailing edge 22 which is positioned downstream of the blade leading edge 21; and a blade base 5 portion which is extended unidirectionally on a base side of the vane portion 3 and engaged with a blade groove 6 formed in the outer circumference of a turbine rotor 8. The turbine rotor 8 circumferential position of the end of the blade base portion 5 on the side toward the blade leading edge 21 is different from the turbine rotor 8 circumferential position of the end of the blade base portion 5 on the side toward the blade trailing edge 22.

摘要: An increase in the temperature of a sliding bearing can be suppressed even when the bearing is used under a high load. It is possible to reduce the temperature of the bearing and prevent the bearing from burning and being damaged. The bearing is divided into two and composed of a bearing liner 3; 103 and a bearing base metal 4; 104. The bearing liner is provided on an inner circumferential side of the bearing, and the bearing base metal 4; 104 is provided on an outer circumferential side of the bearing. A lower bearing liner 3a; 103a of the bearing liner 3; 103, which is located on a load-receiving side 3a; 103a, has a cooling groove formed in an outer circumferential surface thereof and extending along a circumferential direction thereof. A lubricant is cooled in the cooling groove 6, 7; 106and supplied to reduce the temperature of a shaft-sliding surface 16; 127 of the bearing. The lubricant that increases in temperature due to the cooling and has low viscosity is supplied to the bearing.
