    摘要: The invention relates to a method for detecting the motion, especially speed, of an element relative to a sensor assembly, during which switching signals (1) are evaluated according to a pulse generator that is moved past the sensor, and a switching hysteresis (H) is adapted during the evaluation according to the values of the switching signal (1). In the event a signal frequency is less than a predetermined threshold frequency (flimit), a relatively large hysteresis (Hyst0) is set and in the event a signal frequency exceeds the threshold frequency (flimit), a reduced hysteresis (H1) is set. This makes it possible, when at a standstill and at a low speed, to obtain a high immunity from vibrations and, at a high speed, to obtain a reliable detection of all pulses themselves with a suddenly enlarged air gap.

Shortly before engine standstill, fuel is once again injected into at least one still open inlet valve. When the internal combustion engine is started again, ignition is triggered in the at least one cylinder into which additional fuel was injected, so that a first torque is immediately generated. In order to determine the probable standstill position of the internal combustion engine, its speed of rotation or speed of rotation gradient is detected during the slowing down phase.

    摘要: The description relates to a sensor arrangement for cylinder identification in a multi-cylinder internal combustion engine with a crankshaft detector with an increment disc with a reference marking and a camshaft sensor with long and short segments and short and long spaces between the segments. The joint evaluation of the pulse sequences provided by both sensors allows to determine the length of the high and low phases. As the reference mark is also taken into account in the evaluation, the number of different segment lengths on the camshaft sensor disc can be reduced and the cylinder identified rapidly and positively. The evaluation of the crankshaft and camshaft signal provides for reliable control of the internal combustion engine. If the crankshaft sensor breaks down, the engine can still be run in emergency with the aid of the camshaft sensor.
