摘要: The invention relates to a method of recovering a lithium precursor from a cathode active material of a lithium secondary battery, the method comprising providing a first electrode to include the active material, and a second electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode are immersed in a first reaction solution in a first reaction vessel and a second reaction solution in a second reaction vessel, respectively. A voltage or a current is applied to the first electrode and the second electrode to recover a lithium precursor from the active material.

摘要: Provided are a silicon oxide-based negative electrode active material for a secondary battery, a method of producing the same, and a negative electrode for a secondary battery including the same. The present exemplary embodiment provides a negative electrode active material for a secondary battery including: a silicon oxide particle including a metal silicate; and a hydrocarbon coating layer on the silicon oxide particle, wherein a peak Pa is detected in 2880 cm-1 to 2950 cm-1 and a peak Pb is detected in 2800 cm-1 to 2865 cm-1 in FT-IR spectral analysis of the negative electrode active material. According to the exemplary embodiment, the hydrocarbon coating layer having a specific composition is prepared on the silicon oxide particle to prevent elution of residual metal in the silicon oxide particle to increase slurry stability, and in particular, even when the slurry is left for a long time, slurry gas emission may be significantly decreased to increase slurry stability.

摘要: Provided is a binder for a secondary battery including a copolymer comprising specific repeating units, and when the binder for a secondary battery is applied to a negative electrode and a secondary battery, expansion of the negative electrode may be effectively suppressed. Furthermore, the binder for a secondary battery has improved adhesion to effectively suppress exfoliation and desorption of a negative electrode active material, thereby manufacturing a secondary battery having significantly improved charge/discharge cycle characteristics and battery performance by using the binder.
