In order to make it possible in a cost-effective manner to achieve the axial displacement of the working rollers with the simultaneous possibility of subjecting them to a bending moment, the invention provides that, in order to adsorb the force generated by the bending means (11), the working roller chock (4, 5) has arms (12, 13) which protrude laterally as viewed from the axis (10) of the working roller (2, 3), wherein a pressure transmission element (15) which can be displaced relative to the rolling stand (6), in particular in the vertical direction, is arranged between an element (14) of the bending means (11) that produces a pressure force, in particular a piston, and the protruding arm (12, 13) of the working roller chock (4, 5).

    摘要: The invention relates to a rolling device (1) comprising two working rollers (2) which are respectively mounted in a roll stand (4) by means of working roller inserts (3). The working roller inserts (3) in the roll stand (4) can be locked and unlocked by means of at least one working roller locking device (5). At least two other rollers (6), especially two support rollers are respectively mounted in the roll stand by means of other inserts (7); the position of at least one of the working rollers (2) and at least one of the other rollers (6) in the roll stand (4) can be adjusted, especially in a vertical direction, in relation to the other working roller (2) or other roller (6) in order to adjust the desired rolling gap. The working rollers (2) are provided with means (8) for axial displacement, enabling the working rollers (2) to placed in a desired axial position in relation to the roll frame (4) and maintained in said position. The working rollers (2) are actively connected to bending means (9) so that they can be impinged upon by a bending moment. In order to improve the adjustability of the rolling device to achieve a high rise, the axial displacement means (8) are arranged or operate between the roll stand (4) and the working roller locking device (5) and the bending means (9) are disposed or operate between the working roller insert (3) and the other working roller insert (7).

    摘要: The invention relates to a bending device for the working rolls of a hot-rolling frame, comprising hydraulic piston cylinder units which transmit bending forces to the chucks of the working rolls, using guide elements. Erreicht wird dies dadurch, daß an den gegenüberliegenden parallel zur Walzrichtung verlaufenden Innen- und Außenseiten jeder Ständersäule (5,6) je ein Verschiebe- und Schwenklager für einen von zwei zueinander parallelen miteinander gekoppelten im wesentlichen horizontalen Balken (9) angeordnet ist, wobei jeweils die in die Ständerfenster (11) einer Ständerseite hineinragenden Enden zweier Balkenpaare das betreffende Arbeitswalzeneinbaustück der oberen (3a) und unteren Arbeitswalze (3b) beidseitig in Vertikal- und Horizontalrichtung synchron verstellbar abstützen und die jeweils anderen auskragenden Enden dieser Balkenpaare mit den Verschiebe (21) - und mit Biegezylinder (19) korrespondieren.
