Abstract:
The present invention relates to complex security elements based on recording materials for optical elements with refractive index modulation, in particular, holograms, which are subsequently coated with specific metallic nano-shaped metal particles, a method for their manufacture, in particular on a paper or on a plastic substrate and a security product obtainable using the security element. A further aspect of the invention is the use of such a security element for the prevention of counterfeit or reproduction of a document of value.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines pulverförmigen Trockenmörteladditivs, welches Kalziumsilikathydrat und eines oder mehrere Rheologieadditive ausgewählt aus redispergierbaren Polymerpulvern und / oder modifizierten Polysacchariden enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das oder die Rheologieadditiv(e) in pulverförmiger Form mit einer wässrigen Suspension von Kalziumsilikathydrat in Kontakt gebracht wird. Weiterhin sind betroffen Trockenmörteladditive, welche aus dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren erhältlich sind, deren Verwendung in Baustoffmischungen und Baustoffmischungen enthaltend die Trockenmörteladditive.

A process for producing a polycarbodiimide, comprising polymerizing a diisocyanate in the presence of a carbodiimidization catalyst in a reaction vessel in liquid phase at a temperature in the range of from 20 to 250° C., at a pressure in the range of from 20 to 800 mbar and in the presence of at least one inert gas, wherein the at least one inert gas is introduced into the liquid phase in the reaction vessel with a flow rate in the range of from 0.1 x/h to 100 x/h, x being the volume of the reaction vessel.

The invention relates to polyurethanes obtainable by mixing (a) polyisocyanate, (b) polymeric compounds having groups reactive to isocyanates, (c) catalyst, (d) aliphatic hydrocarbon having 2 to 15 carbon atoms, which contains at least one heteroatom selected from the group consisting of oxygen, nitrogen and sulphur, and at least one halogen atom, (e) where necessary blowing agents, (f) where necessary chain extenders and/or crosslinkers and (g) where necessary auxiliary agents and/or additives to form a reaction mixture and reacting the reaction mixture to form polyurethane, wherein the aliphatic hydrocarbon (d) does not contain phosphoric ester, polyphosphate, phosphonic ester or phosphorous ester. The invention further relates to a method for producing such polyurethanes and the use thereof in the interior of means of transport.

The invention relates to a combination foam containing a matrix of polyurethane foam having foamed particles of thermoplastic polyurethane contained in the matrix, wherein the matrix and the particles are each composed of polyol components and polyisocyanate components, wherein at least 0 wt% of the fundamental units forming the polyol components of the matrix and particles are identical and at least 50 wt% of the fundamental units forming the polyisocyanate components of the matrix and particles are identical.

The present invention relates to improved membrane electrode assemblies, having two electrochemically active electrodes separated by a polymer electrolyte membrane. The membrane electrode assemblies according to the instant invention contains at least one phosphoric acid-containing polymer electrolyte membrane and two gas diffusion electrodes one of each located at both sides of said membrane, each of the gas diffusion electrodes having at least one catalyst layer facing towards the membrane. At least one of the gas diffusion electrodes contains a gas diffusion medium comprising an electrically conductive macroporous layer in which the pores have a mean pore diameter in the range from 10 µm to 30 µm and at least one micro porous layer arranged between said gas diffusion medium and said catalyst layer facing towards the membrane having a defined pore void volume and pore hydrophobicity measured by the Cobb Titration.

The present invention relates to compositions containing at least one thermoplastic polyurethane, at least one metal hydroxide and at least one phosphorous flame retardant, the thermoplastic polyurethane being a thermoplastic polyurethane which is based on at least one diisocyanate and at least one polycarbonate diol. The invention further relates to the use of such compositions for producing cable sheathing.
