摘要: A robot assembling system for assembling a multi-layer cage comprises a first assembling workstation, a second assembling workstation, a third assembling workstation, and a robot. The multi-layer cage includes a bottom case, a top case, a partition plate, and a partition assembly. The first assembling workstation assembles the partition plate and the partition assembly to form a partition device. The second assembling workstation assembles the partition device and the top case to form a top case assembly. The third assembling workstation assembles the top case assembly and the bottom case to form the multi-layer cage. The robot transmits the bottom case, the top case, the partition plate, the partition assembly, the partition device, or the top case assembly between the workstations. The robot assists an assembly process at each of the workstations.

摘要: An automatic calibration method for a robot system comprises providing a ball-rod member including a connection rod and a sphere connected to a first end of the connection rod, fixing an opposite second end of the connection rod to an end execution tool mounted on a flange of a robot, and controlling the robot to move a center of the sphere to a same target point in a plurality of different poses under the guidance of a vision sensor. A transformation matrix of the center of the sphere with respect to a center of the flange is calculated based on pose data of the robot at the same target point. A transformation matrix of a center of the end execution tool with respect to the center of the flange is calculated according to a formula.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a terminal bending unit including: a frame and a bending tool pivotally mounted on the frame. A row of receiving slots is formed in a bottom surface of the bending tool, and terminals to be bent are adapted to be received and positioned in the corresponding receiving slots. The terminals received in the corresponding receiving slots are bent under press of the bending tool when the bending tool is rotated. It is only necessary to turn the bending tool to achieve bending of the terminals, thereby improving the bending efficiency of the terminals. In addition, a row of terminals may be bent simultaneously by the bending tool, which further improves terminal bending efficiency.

The 3D ink jet printing system comprises: a multi-freedom robot configured to grip and move a product to be printed; and an inkjet print head configured to eject a conductive ink onto a surface of the product to be printed. The surface of the product comprises a 3D surface region, and the 3D ink jet printing system is configured to print out a first conductive pattern on the 3D surface region of the product. The robot is configured to adjust a position and a posture of the product during printing, so that the produce moves along a predetermined space path relative to the inkjet print head in a state where the inkjet print head is always substantially perpendicular to a currently printed target surface region of the product.

In this way, it may ensure that the first tray on which components to be loaded is accurately and efficiently positioned at its loading position, and the components may be accurately loaded on respective locations of the first tray, facilitating a subsequent operation to automatically grip the components.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a terminal bending tools including: a plate part extending in a first horizontal direction; a plurality of receiving grooves formed on the plate part and arranged in a row in the first horizontal direction so that the plate part is in a form of a comb; and a plurality of rollers pivotally mounted in the plurality of receiving grooves respectively. At least one terminal to be bent are adapted to be received and positioned in the receiving grooves and are in physical contact with the outer circumferential surface of the rollers in the receiving grooves, respectively. When the terminal bending tool is moved in a vertical direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction, the terminals received in the receiving grooves are bent under pressing of the corresponding rollers. During bending the terminals, the rollers are rotated and moved on the surfaces of the terminals, respectively. In addition, the terminals are positioned in the receiving slots to ensure the position accuracy of the terminals. In addition, the terminal bending tool may be used to bend a row of terminals simultaneously, improving the bending efficiency.
