摘要: The present invention relates to a device for enabling a vehicle to automatically resume moving. It is described to provide a processing unit (30) with at least one image, the at least one image relating to a scene external to a vehicle. The processing unit processes the at least one image to extract low level features, a low level feature being defined such that an object in the scene cannot be characterised on the basis of at least one low level feature in a single image. The processing unit determines if at least a part of an object is present in a part of the scene, the determination comprising an analysis of the low level features. An output unit (40) outputs information that "there is something present" in the scene.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for the environmental detection of a vehicle, the method comprising the following steps: emitting transmission signals using N2≥2 transmit antennas, wherein in each case, the considered transmission signals consist of a sequence of NSxNP of identical or similar single signals, receiving transmission signals reflected off objects using NE>=2 receive antennas, and processing the received signals, characterized in that in each case, transmitting is done on only one of the NS transmit antennas, wherein from single signal to single signal, the transmit antenna used alternates cyclically, and within each of the NP periods of the cyclical transmit antenna alternation, the temporal progression is at least approximately the same. In order to receive single signals reflected off objects, all considered NE receive antennas are always used in parallel. Each of the NP received single signals are accumulated in proper phase for the NSxNE different combinations of transmit and receive antennas to one or more relative speed hypotheses of objects. By way of said NSxNE accumulated values, each belonging to the same relative speed hypothesis, from different combinations of transmit and receive antennas, a digital beam forming is carried out, and those phase differences are thereby taken into consideration that arise between the receiving signals to the different transmit antennas due to the temporal offset because of the cyclical transmit antenna alternation, and which depend on the respective relative speed hypothesis.
