摘要:
The present invention relates to a method for selecting a host cell population expressing a functional fusion protein comprising at least one epitope-providing amino acid sequence (epitope-tag) and the amino acid sequence of a protein that is expressed on the surface of said host cell. Preferably, the amino acid sequence comprises an alpha or beta chain of a T-cell receptor. The present invention further relates to uses of said functional T-cell receptor (TCR) alpha or beta chain fusion protein in medicine, in particular in adoptive transfer.

Described is a method for identifying compounds which are capable of inhibiting mechanotransduction in neurons, compounds identified by such a method, pharmaceutical compounds containing the identified compounds and methods for treating pain. Also described is the use of stomatin domain-containing proteins for the identification of compounds which are capable of inhibiting mechanotransduction.
摘要:
The invention relates to method for cultivating stem cells in vitro, comprising the following steps: providing a sample comprising stem cells and cultivating the stem cells by subjecting the sample to a treatment for a first period of time. The treatment is carried out under hypothermic conditions having a defined temperature and a defined atmosphere, wherein the temperature does not exceed 15° C. and the atmosphere has an oxygen content not exceeding 21% (v/v). Thereby, the first period of time is 4 days to 4 weeks.
摘要:
The invention relates to a method for the assessment of radiofrequency induced power absorption, in particular heating of conducting implants, in particular intercoronary stents during magnetic resonance imaging by calculating a specific absorption rate (SAR) using a mathematical model, the model comprising a dependency of the absorption rate from a COS-function of the angular position between the long axis of the stent and the E-field-vector.
摘要:
The present invention is directed to a functional T cell receptor (TCR) fusion protein (TFP) recognizing and binding to at least one MHC-presented epitope, and containing at least one amino acid sequence recognizing and binding an antigen. The present invention is further directed to an isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding the same, a T cell expressing said TFP, and a pharmaceutical composition for use in the treatment of diseases involving malignant cells expressing said tumor-associated antigen.
摘要:
The present invention relates to methods for isolating human forkhead box P3 (Foxp3+) CD4+ regulatory T cells (herein referred to as Foxp3+ Treg cells) from a sample containing (i) peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), (ii) a lymphocyte containing fluid, or (iii) a lymphocyte containing tissue, a kit for isolating human Foxp3+ Treg cells, and the use of anti-CD49d antibody for the isolation of human Foxp3+ Treg cells.
摘要:
A peptide having an ED 50 of less than 500 nm, in particular 10 nM to an antibody which recognizes an epitope on an extracellular α1 loop 2 or β2 loop1 of a human adrenoceptor wherein the antibody's binding to the epitope results in an increase of γ-secretase activity, an increased release of β-amyolid molecules and/or cellular dysfunction of cerebral blood vessel cells, glia cells or neurons, wherein the ED 50 value is measured by bioassay.
摘要:
The present invention relates generally to the field of molecular biology. More specifically, the present invention relates to expression systems for use in modulating the expression of protein coding target genes in vivo or in vitro. More specific, this invention relates to RNA polymerase III-based methods and systems for expression of therapeutic proteins in cells in vivo or in vitro.
