摘要： Fluidführende Motorbaugruppe mit mindestens zwei längs einer Schweißnaht miteinander verschweißten thermoplastischen Kunststoffteilen (10,12,14), wobei die mindestens zwei Kunststoffteile mit von jeweils einem Wandbereich der beiden Kunststoffteile gebildeten Fügeflächen (50,52,54,56) gegeneinander anliegen und die Schweißnaht in diesen Fügeflächen liegt. Damit sich eine solche Baugruppe kostengünstig aus optisch dauerhaft ansehnlichen Kunststoffteilen mit kurzen Taktzeiten herstellen lässt, bestehen die die Fügeflächen überdeckenden Wandbereiche der beiden Kunststoffteile aus einem für Schweißlaserlicht zumindest im Wesentlichen undurchlässigen Werkstoff und wird zum Verschweißen mindestens ein erstes der beiden Kunststoffteile längs der Schweißnaht mittels eines heißen Gases aufgeschmolzen.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bonding grooves are formed on one of the inner and outer panels, while protrusions are formed on bonding surfaces of the other of the inner and outer panels. Accordingly, since the bonding grooves are formed at bonding surfaces on the inner or outer panel, the bonding grooves can serve as a guide when the adhesive is applied. Thus, the adhesive can be applied at a uniform thickness to correct positions even though it is manually applied, and even adhesive with certain fluidity can be prevented from leaking to the outside. Therefore, there are advantages in that the post-processing work for enhancing the external appearance is not required, the manufacturing time and costs can be reduced, and the bonding force can be increased due to the increased bonding area.
