    摘要: A battery pack (101) is provided including: a plurality of battery cells (1011) arranged in multiple battery cell rows; one or more heat exchange spaces; and a device for providing heat exchange to the battery pack. Further, the device includes a heat conduction medium passage arranged in the heat exchange spaces, such that the heat conduction medium passage surrounds multiple battery cells in each battery cell row. The heat conduction medium passage is provided with at least a first group of channels (201) and a second group of channels (202), which are in contact with the surface of each battery cell, and a heat conduction medium is provided in the first group of channels and the second group of channels. The heat conduction medium flows in the first group of channels in a direction opposite from the flow of the heat conduction medium in the second group of channels.

    摘要: An electronic device has a heat source and a generally rectangular shape battery proximate the heat source. The battery may have first and second major surfaces. A thermal regulator is in thermal contact with both of the heat source and substantially all of at least the first major surface of the battery. During operation of the device, heat transferred from the heat source to the first major surface via the thermal regulator balances the temperature profile exhibited along the first major surface such that it is substantially uniform.
