摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a communications system of an application driven network, so that control channels in the communications system are classified and separated according to application types. The communications system includes: a core controller, a network controller cluster, and an access point cluster. The core controller is configured to allocate at least one network controller in the network controller cluster and at least one access point in the access point cluster to form an application driven network, where the core controller is configured to: form an application control channel and manage the at least one access point, and the at least one access point is configured to form an application data channel. An access point in the access point cluster is configured to establish a communication channel with a terminal device, so that the terminal device accesses the control channel and the application data channel in the application driven network.

摘要: This disclosure relates to one or more computer-readable media having instructions stored thereon, that when executed by one or more processors of a user equipment (UE), cause the UE to obtain, from an evolved Node B (eNB) of a wireless communication network, a time domain averaging indicator having a single bit to indicate whether the UE is to restrict interference measurement to a number of recently received CSI-IM resources in a single subframe or not; derive an interference measurement based on said indicated number of recently received CSI-IM resources in said single subframe; compute a channel quality indicator (CQI) value based on the derived interference measurement; and report the CQI value to the eNB. Furthermore this disclosure relates to an apparatus comprising one or more processors and one or more of the computer-readable media.

摘要: This disclosure generally relates to radio resource control for D2D communication. In one embodiment, a master UE of the D2D communication may obtain radio resource information of a slave UE before performing radio resource configuration for the D2D communication between the master UE and the slave UE. Based on the radio resource information, the master UE may configure radio resource for the D2D communication. In this way, radio resource configuration may be performed for both the D2D communication and cellular communication without violating the slave UE's radio capability.

摘要: The present invention provides a method and system for paging User Equipment (UE). According to embodiments, repetition of paging can help UEs to more reliably receive pages when they are operating in idle mode DRX, and in particular enhanced idle mode DRX (eDRX). The UE and the eNB are cooperatively configured to determine an eDRX time interval and a value for paging occasion (PO) repetition based on one or more parameters, such as UE mobility requirements; UE power requirements; latency requirements, and timing discrepancies between base stations. The base station transmits pages, and the UE monitors for said pages, with timing that is based on the eDRX time interval and the PO repetition values.

Further, the radio device configures a measurement time interval in which the radio device temporarily switches from the transmission of data to receiving at least one broadcast signal conveying system information from the base station. Based on the received at least one broadcast signal, the radio device estimates an offset of the carrier frequency as applied by the radio device to a frequency of a carrier signal as received from the base station.

摘要: Embodiments of the present application disclose an access network device, including: a processing module, configured to generate requirement indication information, where the requirement indication information is used to indicate that user equipment UE needs to satisfy a radio resource management RRM requirement that is suitable for a high-speed mobile communication environment; and a sending module, configured to send the requirement indication information to the UE within coverage of a cell. The present application further discloses user equipment, a communications system, and a communication method, so as to resolve a prior-art technical problem that UE passes through a target but fails to well complete RRM because the UE moves at a quite high speed. The UE can adjust an RRM policy according to a preset RRM parameter suitable for a high-speed mobile communication environment, to shorten an intra-frequency cell reselection time, shorten a target cell identification time, shorten an in-synchronization/out-of-synchronization evaluation time, or shorten a measurement period, so as to satisfy the RRM requirement in the high-speed mobile communication environment, and ensure and improve network performance.
