    摘要: The present invention provides a flow cell that can be used to improve the linear detection range of a radio-detector. The flow cell of the present invention is simple and cost-effective to set up and provides technical advantages over methods known in the prior art, as set out in more detail hereunder. The present invention also provides a method to determine the RCP of a radioactive composition making use of said flow cell, and a HPLC system comprising said flow cell.

The method includes the steps of providing image data for constructing an image of a region of a target object, comprising the steps of: providing incident radiation from a radiation source at a target object and, via at least one detector, detecting an intensity of radiation scattered by the target object; estimating an object function indicating at least one characteristic of a region of the target object; estimating a probe function indicating at least one characteristic of the incident radiation; providing image data via an iterative process responsive to the detected intensity of radiation scattered by the target object, wherein in said iterative process each of the object function and probe function are iteratively re-estimated step by step with a running estimate of the probe function being utilised to determine a running estimate of the object function associated with the target object.

    摘要: Provided is a radiation image detector including an internal power supply section, which is capable of being charged, wherein signals of radiographed image data and the like can be prevented from being influenced by noise even when the internal power supply section is charged by power supplied from an external power source.
    The radiation image detector includes a battery (28) to supply power to each section, an external power supply terminal (27) to receive power from an external power source (PW) so as to allow the battery (28) to be charged, and a cassette control section (30) to control supply of the power to the battery (28), the power being received from the external power source (PW) via the external power supply terminal (27). When detecting that the external power supply terminal (27) receives power from the external power source (PW), the cassette control section (30) judges an operating state of each section, and controls the supply of the power to the battery (28) according to the operating state of each section, the power being received from the external power source (PW) via the external power supply terminal (27).
