A traveling control device and a traveling control program for a work vehicle or a control device and a control program for the work vehicle capable of fixing a control amount to a specified value since variation in control amount (speed ratio) due to the effect of the vibration of a vehicle body is less even if an operation device with shorter operation stroke is adopted and also capable of providing a control amount according to the feeling of an operator even when fine-adjustment is performed by increasing or decreasing the operation stroke. When an operation lever device is operated from a point on a first line (L11) in the direction for increasing the operation stroke and decreasing the speed ratio, the speed ratio is calculated according to the first line. When the operation lever device is operated from a point on a second line (L12) in the direction for reducing the operation stroke and increasing the speed ratio, the speed ratio is calculated according to the second line. When the operation lever is operated from the point on the first line in the direction for decreasing the operation stroke and increasing the speed ratio or from the point on the second line in the direction for increasing the operation stroke and decreasing the speed ratio, the speed ratio is calculated according to third lines (L131)-(L134).

A drive unit provided with a power transmission path interlockingly connecting an engine (E) to left and right sprockets (12L, 12R), which are adapted to drive left and right crawlers (11) of left and right traveling parts (1L, 1R), via a non-stage traveling transmission (21) and an auxiliary traveling transmission unit (28) capable of changing the speed of a working vehicle in a plurality of stages. The power transmission path is provided with a non-stage steering transmission (20), left and right steering transmission units (48L, 48R) and left and right planetary gears (40L, 40R) all of which are adapted to be operated for speed change in accordance with a turning operation of a steering wheel (7). This construction enables a pivot turn and a spin turn of a working vehicle body to be made, the swinging performance of the working vehicle to be improved, the maneuvering of the vehicle to be done easily, and the construction of the drive unit to be simplified. It also becomes possible for the vehicle body to travel in a speed range which cannot be covered by the non-stage traveling transmission alone, and reduce the fuel consumption by lowering an output rotational frequency of the non-stage traveling transmission during a high-speed travel of the vehicle on a road.

When using a self-supporting wheel tractor body to build a tracklaying tractor, it is necessary to supplement the body of the tractor with a massive frame for spring mounting the running wheels. This frame has the disadvantage of considerably increasing the weight of the tractor and of making access to the tractor body difficult. It is proposed that the journal (49) of a tensioning wheel (50) carries a double-armed balance beam (51) whose lower arm (52) is mounted on a main arm (2) of the chassis and whose upper arm (53) is rotatively linked to a tension jack (54) arranged on the main arm (2). The running wheels (67, 68, 69, 70) are secured to the main arm (2) by means of rockers (3, 59) with primary springs (4) inserted between the rockers (3, 59) and the main arm (2). A secondary spring (5) is supported from above on the main arm (2) and secured to a console (6) arranged on the body (82) of the tractor.
