The invention relates to a method for producing sub-micrometric particles, which comprises: mechanochemical treatment of homogeneous or heterogeneous magnetic materials until a mass which consists mostly of magnetic nanocrystal aggregates is obtained; selection of aggregates so that the nanocrystals have a Curie temperature within a predefined variation range; functionalization of the aggregates in order to obtain coating thereof with molecules of one or more of the following types of substances: substances for which the tumour cells have a particular metabolic avidity; substances having a biochemical affinity with the tumour cells; substances having an affinity with the acid microenvironment which surrounds the neoplastic cells. In addition to the method the following are claimed: the particles thus produced; their theranostic use which allows the in vivo execution, without interruption, of the diagnosis or monitoring step and the therapy step by means of magnetic hyperthermia of malignant neoplasms, including those localized in the so-called “sanctuary sites” such as the central nervous system and the testicle; an apparatus designed for this use.

An apparatus for the preparation of colored materials in powder form for the manufacture of ceramic tiles, which comprises a mixer constituted by an upper cover (6) connected to the supply line (3) of the base material and by a mixing chamber (5); a vibrating frame (9) located between upper cover and mixing chamber; a perforated baffle fixed to the vibrating frame, the vibrating frame is connected with seal to the mixing chamber. The apparatus is provided with a system for the generation of an operating vacuum pressure in the upper cover and an injection system of the colorant at the base of the mixing chamber. The apparatus of the present invention produces a method for the preparation of colored materials in powder form for the manufacture of ceramic tiles, wherein the atomized and/or granulated ceramic material of uniform particle size, containing or not containing coloring substances, is fed uniformly into a chamber under vacuum pressure with respect to the mixing chamber connected to said chamber through a vibrated perforated baffle; coloring particles are injected at the base of a mixing chamber; the atomized and/or granulated ceramic material falls by gravity and is sprinkled inside the mixing chamber; and mixing in gaseous phase of the atomized and/or granulated ceramic material with the rising current of coloring particles.

The present invention relates to a process for producing polyurethane coated fertilizer granules comprising core granules in a rotating drum, wherein the drum comprises an inlet and an outlet and n application zones arranged along the longitudinal direction of the drum between the inlet and the outlet, n being an integer of at least 2 and wherein each of the application zones is followed by a curing zone. The curing zone after each application zone is arranged to allow an interval of 2-15 minutes, preferably 3-5 minutes, before the application in the successive application zone, wherein the polyol and the isocyanate are applied in the first application zone at a ratio of 0.5-4 wt%, preferably 1 -3 wt% of the core granules. The process comprises the steps of: A) continuously feeding the core granules to the inlet of the rotating drum, thereby providing a flow of the core granules in the direction from the inlet to the outlet, B1 ) applying a polyol and an isocyanate to the core granules in each of the n application zones, the ratio of hydroxyl groups in the polyol to NCO groups in the isocyanate at the end of each of the application zones being in the range from about 0.9 to about 1.3, B2) reacting the polyol and the isocyanate to form a tack-free polyurethane layer in each of the n curing zones and C) continuously collecting the polyurethane coated fertilizer granules from the outlet.

The method for production of granular compound fertilizers according to present invention comprises mixing the solid components within 1 to 10 min. with moist components, obtained from the tubular reactor, arranged in the bottom part of a mixer, wherein the alkaline components were neutralized with mineral acids. The temperature of a mixture is raised up to 140°C. Ammonia aqueous solutions, containing ammonium nitrate, urea, ammonium sulphate, calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate or mixtures thereof, potassium hydroxide or potassium salts or mixtures thereof are used as the alkaline component, whereas nitric, phosphoric or sulphuric acids - as the acidic component. The amount of nitrogen in the granulated product is from 5 to 25%, by weight and sulphur - up to 15% by weight.

A processing device for granulating and coating of solid particles, where the device (1) has a processing medium distribution panel (4) arranged inside a wall (2), through which distribution panel (4) at least one nozzle (15) for atomising the liquid for coating or granulating is arranged, wherein under said distribution panel (4) there is a housing (3), which serves to supply a processing medium (5) through the distribution panel (4) into the area above the distribution panel (4), wherein the nozzle (15) for atomisation of the solution is designed in a way that part of the processing medium (5) is taken from the area below the distribution panel (4) and conducted to the area above the distribution panel (4) through a channel (12) that embraces the nozzle (15) concentrically and in the same flow direction with respect to a sprayed solution (7).
