    摘要: The metallo-plastic clip comprises a clip (1) and a plastic shank (2) of which is part the corresponding accessory (3) to be placed in an opening provided on the vehicle body, with an interposed vehicle roof. Clip (1) is provided with flexible flaps (4) with a bend (9) after which there is a lower segment (12) of maximum sizewith a notch (10) for attaching said clip to the opening of the vehicle body, while in a central area said flexible flaps (4) are provided with a cut without loss of material forming sectors (22) projected towards the centre and with rounded corners which allow passage between them, with their corresponding lateral displacement and thereby also of flexible flaps (4), of any tool in order to free clip (1) from shank (2). The maximum size of upper segments (12) and therefore of notch (10) for attaching clip (1) is obtained by a bend of lateral sectors (6) which form part of clip (1) itself, above the bend (9) of the corresponding flexible flap (4), with these sectors projecting inwards and ending in the end extensions (15) for support of the clip on the vehicle roof.

    摘要: The procedure consists in a obtaining laminar composite piece (1) with a grooving (2) according to a reticular grid configuration based on the repetition of patterns over the whole surface of, at least, one of the faces of that composite (1), that channelling (2) being implemented during the actual process of moulding the composite, the latter being materialised by means of a layer of stiff foam (10) and two external layers (9) of paper or similar, in such a manner that the composite with the grooving (2) is foreseen for its securing by means of adhesive to a surface which shall be subjected to an external situation that can produce undesired vibration and noise, all this in order to improve the vibro-acoustic behaviour of said surface. The laminar composite (1) finds special application in the motor vehicle sector in order to reduce undesired noise produced on the outside sheet metal of the roof of the vehicle.

    摘要: The liner is comprised of a "support" structure and a decorative or external coating layer. The "support" structure is comprised of three superimposed layers based on polyester fibers and wherein the intermediary layer (1) is considerably much thicker than the external layers (2), the decorative layer (3) has a coating made of polyester or any other appropriate material in order to provide for the recycling of the assembly. The bonding of the various layers together is achieved by preheating the layers (1 and 2) and by the corresponding moulding of the "support" formed by said layers including the external or decorative layer (3); no additional adhesive is required to maintain all three layers together.
