    摘要: Provided herein are methods for the preparation of high purity stannous oxide comprising: (a) reacting a Sn salt with a C2-12 dicarboxylic acid in the aqueous phase to form a suspension comprising a Sn-dicarboxylate complex; (b) washing the Sn-dicarboxylate complex with water to obtain a wash solution comprising a washed Sn-dicarboxylate complex essentially free of the anion of the Sn salt; and (c) reacting the washed Sn-dicarboxylate complex with a base to form high purity SnO, wherein the high purity SnO has an alpha radiation count of less than about 0.002 cph/cm2.

The method also includes calculating an achievable manipulated variable (MV) limit for the manipulated variable based on the region in which the OP value is located. For example, when the OP value is located in one region, the achievable MV limit could match a user-specified limit or be based on a gain between the OP value and a value of a process variable. When the OP value is located in another region, the achievable MV limit could track the value of the process variable with a gap.

    摘要: A system includes a plurality of sensors configured to measure one or more characteristics of a gearbox. The system also includes a gearbox condition indicator device, which includes a plurality of sensor interfaces configured to receive input signals associated with at least one stage of the gearbox from the sensors. The gearbox condition indicator device also includes a processor configured to identify a fault in the gearbox using the input signals and an output interface configured to provide an indicator identifying the fault. The processor is configured to identify the fault by determining a family of frequencies related to at least one failure mode of the gearbox, decomposing the input signals using the family of frequencies, reconstructing a gear signal using the deconstructed input signals, and comparing the reconstructed gear signal to a baseline signal. The family of frequencies includes a gear mesh frequency and its harmonics.
