Abstract:
It is to provide a lubricating oil composition for a compression refrigerator, which is excellent in the thermal/chemical stability even when used in a compression refrigerator that uses a saturated fluorinated hydrocarbon refrigerant having a lower global warming potential and a fewer carbon atoms, by including in a base oil an organic compound having a double bond in a molecule, which is at least one kind selected from an organic compound having at least two non-conjugated double bonds in the molecule, a terpene compound having a double bond in the molecule, and C 12 to C 30 aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon having one double bond in the molecule.
Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerant composition having a reduced amount of comprehensive environmental load, in which the refrigerant composition has low GWP (direct impact on global warming is low), and has good energy efficiency (indirect impact on global warming is low) when used in a device. The present invention provides a refrigerant composition comprising 30 to 50 mass% of difluoromethane (HFC32) and 70 to 50 mass% of 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene (HFO1234yf).
Abstract:
The refrigerator lubricating oil of the present invention contains: a base oil containing, as a major component, a polyol ester (A) of a fatty acid (a1) that is a fatty acid having a number of carbon atoms of from 3 to 18 and a polyol (a2) that is selected from neopentyl glycol, trimethylolethane, trimethylolpropane, trimethylolbutane, pentaerythritol, and dipentaerythritol; and a disulfide and/or trisulfide compound (B), and the disulfide and/or trisulfide compound (B) is blended in an amount of from 30 to 10,000 ppm by mass in terms of sulfur equivalent based on the total amount of the refrigerator lubricating oil.
Abstract:
This application provides azeotropic and near-azeotropic compositions of Z-1233zd and a second component selected from the group consisting of Z-1336mzz, Isopentane, E-1438ezy, E-1233zd and HBFO-1233xfB. The inventive compositions are useful as aerosol propellants, refrigerants, cleaning agents, expansion agents for thermoplastic and thermoset foams, solvents, heat transfer media, gaseous dielectrics, fire extinguishing and suppression agents, power cycle working fluids, polymerization media, particulate removal fluids, carrier fluids, buffing abrasive agents, and displacement drying agents. The compositions were modeled based on Vapor-Liquid Equilibria data such as those of the Z-1233zd/Isopentane system shown in FIG. 3.
Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to compositions comprising E-1,1,1,4,4,4-hexafluoro-2-butene and additional compounds that may be useful as refrigerants, heat transfer compositions, aerosol propellants, foaming agents, blowing agents, solvents, cleaning agents, carrier fluids, displacement drying agents, buffing abrasion agents, polymerization media, expansion agents for polyolefins and polyurethane, gaseous dielectrics, power cycle working fluids, extinguishing agents, and fire suppression agents in liquid or vapor form, and in methods for detecting leaks.
