    摘要: Systems and methods for configuring user equipment (UE) for use with compatible subscriber identity modules (SIMs) is disclosed. The UE can include a UE SIMLock configuration containing one or more UE parameters and a value for each category. A compatible SIM can include a SIM configuration with compatible SIM values. The UE can request a UE SIMLock configuration from one or more telecommunications network devices using secure communications. The UE can receive a UE SIMLock configuration from the telecommunications network device. The UE SIMLock configuration can be applied to the UE modem governing SIMLock engine behavior. The UE SIMLock configuration can be updated dynamically with subsequent messages from the telecommunications network device to reflect changes in the account associated with the UE, such as the fulfillment of a contract or theft of the UE.

    摘要: A customer care site includes a plurality of pages that may individually include a call link to communicate with customer agents. When a customer tries to contact a customer agent via a call link in one of the plurality of pages on the customer care web site, a computing system associated with the customer care site transmits customer information regarding the customer's specific activities prior to selecting the call link on the customer care web site. When a customer agent responds to the customer's call, a computing device of the customer agent can display the customer information transmitted from the computing system associated with the customer care web site. As the customer agent knows about the customer's prior activities on the customer care site through access to the detailed customer information provided by the computing system, the customer agent does not need to repeat the same procedure or inquiries that the customer has already traversed on the customer care web site.

    摘要: This disclosure describes techniques for defining security measures of a secure data corridor that enables data feeds to transmit from an ingress point to an egress point, while maintaining a desired security protection. This disclosure further describes techniques to quantify the desired security protection by determining and further associating a data sensitivity rating with individual data feeds in transmit through the secure data corridor. In some examples, the data sensitivity rating of the secure data corridor may be locked at a default rating that is commensurate with access permissions of a subject or a data sensitivity rating of an adjoining secure data container. Alternatively, the data sensitivity rating may be dynamically set based on data feeds transmitting through the secure data corridor or set based on the data sensitivity rating of data feeds at an ingress point or egress point of the secure data corridor.

    摘要: Systems and methods for network diagnostics are provided. Various embodiments allow for a diagnostic application to be automatically pushed to one or more mobile devices on a network. A diagnostic platform can select one or more mobile devices to perform a set of tests (e.g., Wi-Fi connections, cellular connections, download speeds, initiate phone calls, etc.) to evaluate the network performance. The diagnostic application can then be accessed (or installed) by the diagnostic platform. Messages that include the captured data about the network performance can be sent from each of the mobile devices to the diagnostic platform. Various analytics can then be generated about the network and performance of specific device configurations.
