In order to secure the data inside the memory, the power supply device (FC) is designed as an integral component of the chip. The power supply device (FC) is, like a fuel cell, advantageously equipped with a limited, non-refillable fuel store whereby enabling data to be maintained for only a limited period time in the memory.
