摘要： The invention relates to a method for producing a hollow structure and particularly a method for producing a closed and filled hollow structure. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a hollow structure and preferably a closed and filled hollow structure obtainable by a method according to the present invention as well as to a tool for producing such hollow structure and/or for performing a respective method. More particularly, the hollow structure according to the present invention as well as the filling is at least partially flexible and/or can be brought into a flexible condition. The method for producing a filled hollow structure comprises the steps: producing an open hollow structure of a first material; positioning the open hollow structure on a tool for holding the open hollow structure; filling the open hollow structure with a filler medium; closing the filled open hollow structure by means of clamping jaws providing a cavity; and filling the cavity with a second material for closing the open hollow structure.

摘要： The present invention relates to a multilayer tube comprising, in its radial direction from the outside inwards: an outer layer (1) made of a polyamide, a tie layer(2) comprising, by weight: 1 to 50% of an impact modifier chosen from elastomers and very low density polyethylene, the said impact modifier being completely or partly functionalized, per 99 to 50% of at least one copolyamide 6/12 respectively, an optional EVOH layer (3), optionally a tie layer, an inner layer (4) made of PA 12, PA 6 or a PA 6 - polyolefin compound with a PA 6 matrix and a dispersed polyolefin phase, the layers being successive and adhering to one another in their respective contact zones. The inner layer is the layer in contact with the fluid being transferred. According to one embodiment of the invention, the inner layer (4) contains an electrically conducting material, producing a surface resistivity of less than 106 Ω. According to another embodiment of the invention, the inner layer (4) contains essentially no electrically conducting material and the tube includes a layer (4a) that adheres to the layer (4), this layer is made of polyamide and contains an electrically conducting material producing a surface resistivity of less than 106 Ω This layer (4a) becomes the inner layer. These tubes may have an outside diameter of 6 to 110 mm and a thickness of around 0.5 to 5 mm.

摘要： A resin molding obtained by exposing to electron beams a resin molding composition comprising 100 to 60 parts by mass of syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene of 5% or higher crystallization degree (A) and 0 to 40 parts by mass of other thermoplastic polymer (B). The 50% stress of resin molding after exposure to electron beams (50%M:M2) is in the range of 1.01 to 2.5 times the 50% stress before exposure to electron beams (50%M:M1), and the resin molding is resistant to steam sterilization. The resin molding excels in not only flexibility and hardness but also resistance to steam sterilization, and thus is suitable for medical uses such as an infusion tube, an infusion container, a catheter, etc.

摘要： Polyethylene blend compositions suitable for rotomolding, rotomolded articles, and processes for rotomolding articles are provided. The polyethylene compositions include a first polyethylene having a melt index of 0.4 to 3.0 g/10 min and a density of from 0.910 to 0.930 g/cm3; and a second polyethylene having a melt index of 10 to 30 g/10 min and a density of 0.945 to 0.975 g/cm3. The composition has a density of from 0.930 to 0.955 g/cm3 and a melt index of 1.5 to 12 g/10 min, and the first and second polyethylenes differ in density by from 0.030 to 0.048 g/cm3. These compositions exhibit improved physical properties, such as Environmental Stress Crack Resistance and Izod Impact Strength.
