摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a method for forming a multilayer coating film by which a multilayer coating film having excellent coating film performance can be formed even by low temperature curing. The present invention provides a method for forming a multilayer coating film including an intermediate coating film formation step of applying an aqueous intermediate coating composition to an object to be coated to form an uncured intermediate coating film; a base coating film formation step of applying an aqueous base coating composition onto the resulting uncured intermediate coating film to form an uncured base coating film; and a curing step of curing the resulting uncured intermediate coating film and the base coating film by heating; in which the aqueous intermediate coating composition is an aqueous intermediate coating composition containing an aqueous resin having a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group (A1), a polyisocyanate compound (B), and a hydrophilicized-modified carbodiimide compound (C); the aqueous base coating composition is an aqueous base coating composition containing an aqueous resin having a hydroxyl group and a carboxyl group (A2), a melamine resin (D), a weak acid catalyst (E) and an aqueous polyurethane resin (F).

摘要: Methods and apparatus to remove gas and vapor from a panel for a decorative layer are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a first press plate of a hot press to engage a first surface of a panel. The hot press is to apply heat to the panel via the first press plate to cure resin of the panel. A first portion of the first press plate is composed of a permeable material to remove at least one of gas or vapor from the panel to deter the at least one of gas or vapor from exerting a pressure on a decorative layer to be coupled to the panel to deter separation of a portion of the decorative layer from the panel. 摘要: A prepreg comprising a layer of impregnated reinforcing fibers comprising at least one layer of reinforcing fibers impregnated by a resin composition comprising at least a thermosetting resin, a curing agent and an accelerator, such that the accelerator has a gradient concentration which is more concentrated in the resin composition in the vicinity of the reinforcing fibers than further away. The resin composition comprising a first resin composition impregnates the reinforcing fibers to provide a layer of impregnated reinforcing fibers and a surface layer comprising a second resin composition is formed on the layer of impregnated reinforcing fibers, wherein the first resin composition has at least one peak exotherm occurring at a time earlier than and/or at a temperature lower than any peak exotherm of the second resin composition. The heat generation from the first resin composition is tailored to initiate or speed up the curing of the second resin composition, leading to a substantial reduction of cure cycle time of the prepreg. Excellent handling and processing abilities of the uncured prepreg and excellent physical, thermal and mechanical properties when cured are achieved.

摘要: A bulletproof panel of the present invention includes: (i) a ceramic plate A; (ii) at least one phenol resin impregnated aramid fabric laminate C having phenol resin impregnated aramid fabrics C1, C2 and C3 which are laminated thereon; and (iii) an epoxy resin impregnated fabric B disposed between the ceramic plate A and the phenol resin impregnated aramid fabric laminate C, and impregnated with an epoxy resin. The phenol resin impregnated aramid fabrics C1, C2 and C3 may be aramid fabrics impregnated with a phenol resin, and aramid fabrics impregnated with a phenol/polyvinyl butyral mixture resin. In the present invention, since the epoxy resin impregnated fabric B is disposed between the ceramic plate A and the phenol resin impregnated aramid fabric laminate C to increase the adhesive strength therebetween, the ceramic plate A and the phenol resin impregnated aramid fabric laminate C are not delaminated from each other even under a high-temperature environment, and thereby greatly enhancing the bulletproof performance. Further, there is no need to insert thermoplastic adhesive films between the phenol resin impregnated aramid fabrics C1, C2 and C3 like in the prior art, and thereby greatly improving the workability.

摘要: There is provided an interlayer film for laminated glass making a gap difficult to be generated at an end part of the sheet of laminated glass and enabling an increase in the YI value measured at the end part of the sheet of laminated glass to be suppressed. The interlayer film for laminated glass according to the present invention is an interlayer film for laminated glass having a one-layer structure or a two or more-layer structure, a polyvinyl acetal resin, a plasticizer, a hindered amine light stabilizer and an oxidation inhibitor containing phosphorus are included in the interlayer film as a whole, the first layer has a glass transition temperature of higher than or equal to 32°C in the case where the interlayer film is provided with only the first layer, and at least one layer among a second layer and a third layer has a glass transition temperature of higher than or equal to 32°C in the case where the interlayer film is provided with a first layer and the second layer and is provided or not provided with the third layer.
