A multilayer plate comprising reinforcement layers made of metal or ceramic or glass or plastics, or of aramid, aramid-glass, glass or ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fabric, or made of a combination thereof and shock absorbing layers, wherein the shock absorbing layer is made of cork while the layers are secured to one another permanently. The multilayer plate has a shock absorbing layer preferably made of cork agglomerate or expanded cork or a compound of cork and other elastic substances or a compound of cork and rubber or a compound of cork and polyurethane or a compound of cork and rubber and polyurethane. The plate may comprise a shock absorbing layer which internally contains additional spatial shock absorbing layers, preferably corrugated, or trapezoid-, triangular-, cubic- or honeycomb-shaped. The reinforcement layer is preferably made of aluminum or duralumin or titanium or armor steel. The layers are secured to one another permanently by gluing or thermoplastic bonding or lamination or pressing or by using the RTM infusion or LRTM infusion methods or the CCBM process.

An incombustible decorative sheet (10) having incombustibility includes a weather-resistant resin layer (4) and a fluorine resin layer (5) laminated on a substrate layer (1) in this order, wherein the weather-resistant resin layer is made of a mixture of an acrylic resin and an acrylic resin-based rubber having a ratio by mass between the acrylic resin-based rubber and the acrylic resin within a range of 30:70 to 60:40. The ratio between the fluorine resin layer (5) and the weather-resistant resin layer (4) is within a range of 10:90 to 40:60.

The multilayer sheet is a multilayer propylene resin sheet composed of at least two layers of an inner layer (1) and an outer layer (2), wherein the inner layer (1) is made of a resin composition (X) containing from 60 to 90 wt% of (A) a propylene resin composition which includes from 30 to 70 wt% of (A1) a specific propylene-±-olefin random copolymer component and from 70 to 30 wt% of (A2) a propylene-ethylene random copolymer component, from 40 to 10 wt% of (B) an ethylene-±-olefin copolymer, and from 1 to 25 wt% of (C) a propylene resin, and the outer layer (2) is made of a specific propylene resin composition Y.
