The oven (100) comprises a cooking chamber (105) for housing food to be cooked, a control unit (135) , and a reservoir (220) for containing a washing detergent (225) at room temperature. The washing detergent (225) has a corresponding activation temperature. The oven (100) further comprises a liquid supply arrangement (202) configured to be selectively activated by the control unit (135) for supplying the washing detergent (225) into the cooking chamber (105) , and at least one liquid heating element (125 ; 270) configured to heat the washing detergent supplied by the liquid supply arrangement (202) and to be selectively activated by the control unit (135). During a washing cycle (300) of the cooking chamber, the control unit (135) is configured to perform the following ordered sequence of operations: a) activate the at least one liquid heating element (125; 270) for a first time period sufficient to increase its temperature at least to the activation temperature; b) deactivate the at least one liquid heating element (125; 270); c)when the temperature of the at least one liquid heating element (125; 270) is about the activation temperature, activate the liquid supply arrangement (202) so that the washing detergent (225) is heated by the at least one liquid heating element (125; 270) while supplied into the cooking chamber (105).

    摘要: A fume extractor hood comprising, an upper planar horizontal member adapted to capture and collect vapours and gases flowing up from a cooktop lying therebelow, where the vapours and fumes to be extracted are generated, a suction conduit that is open in the middle region of the upper planar horizontal member, first suction means associated to the suction conduit and adapted to suck in the fumes and vapours therefrom and blow them outside, wherein such means comprise a suction fan associated to the conduit, ventilation means adapted to impart a whirling motion about a vertical axis (X) to the mixture of air and other gases contained in the volume below the upper planar horizontal member. The ventilation means comprises: an internally hollow cylindrical member, a peripheral edge of which is placed onto the outer edge of the upper planar horizontal member, and which extends vertically downwards from the upper planar horizontal member without reaching the level of the cooktop or simuilar surface lying therebelow. The ventilation means also comprises a plurality of outflow channels distributed over the internal cylindrical wall of the cylindrical member, these outflow channels being oriented vertically and being each provided with at least one outflow port. The cylindrical member has a substantially octagonal shape, and each of the outflow channels is positioned in correspondence to a respective corner of the cylindrical member.

    摘要: Method for cooking food, to be performed in an oven with a cooking cavity, a core-temperature proble capable of being introduced in a food item placed in the cooking cavity and provided with a temperature sensor for the food temperature and a sensor for detecting the temperature within the oven cavity, wherein these sensors are adapted to generate and output respective signals, control means being provided, which are adapted to receive and process such signals issued by said temperature sensors and to supply corresponding operating commands to heating means associated to the oven; there are provided setting means adapted to define a selectively modifiable value of a final reference temperature. After an initial heating period and a subsequent cooling-down step, during which the temperature inside the oven cavity anyhow remains at a higher value than said final reference temperature, said control means, on the basis of the signals received from said sensors, start and run an operating phase in such manner as to enable a temperature to be obtained and persistingly ensured within the oven cavity, whose difference as compared with said final reference temperature is a function of the difference between said final reference temperature and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor at the core of the food.
