    摘要: In order to convey a recording medium provided with edge perforations such that the lines remain accurately positioned, motor-driven continuous toothed belts (26) are provided in the region of the transfer printing station of a printing machine or copier. On their inner peripheral surfaces the toothed belts (26) comprise conveyer teeth (39) which are disposed at a predetermined spacing oriented according to the distance between the edge perforations of the recording medium (10). Drive pins (32) adjusted in dependence on the spacings between the conveyer teeth (39) are secured by conical collars in retaining clamps (38) on the outer peripheral surface of the toothed belt (26).

    摘要: A preferred embodiment of this continuous-form electrophotographic printer as illustrated in the drawings having an image transfer device 38 positioned at the image transfer station for placing images on individual sheets 14 of a continuous-form 12. Downstream, a distance A, is a fixing device at an image fixing station 32 for fixing the image onto the individual sheet 14. The printer 10 includes a control means 76 for moving the continuous sheet forward when a stop signal is received to position a leading edge of a sheet at the image fixing station 32. When a restart signal is received, the control system initiates the continuous-form feeding means 38 to move the continuous-form 12 forward until a leading edge of a succeeding sheet is positioned at the image transfer station.
