摘要: An aluminum alloy section and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method comprises: (1) pre-treating an aluminum alloy section base material (1); (2) anodizing the pre-treated aluminum alloy section base material to form an oxidation film (2) on the surface of an aluminum alloy section; (3) carrying out anodic electrophoresis treatment on the aluminum alloy section to form an electrophoresis film (3) on the surface of the aluminum alloy section; (4) curing and roasting the aluminum alloy section; and (5) spraying a fluorocarbon coating to the surface of the aluminum alloy section to form a fluorocarbon coating. The production process of the manufacturing method is stable and feasible. The surface of an aluminum alloy section product produced by using the manufacturing method has a special composite film protective coating, and accordingly the aluminum alloy section product has excellent performances such as corrosion resistance and weather resistance, and can effectively resist the corrosion destruction effect on the aluminum alloy section by ultraviolet light, high humidity and corrosive saline ions. Therefore, the aluminum alloy section is particularly suitable for buildings in islands and seaside regions under marine climates.

摘要: A problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for forming a multilayer coating film, the method being capable of achieving excellent finished appearance and excellent corrosion resistance without affecting electrodeposition coatability even when a part or all of the water-washing step is omitted after chemical conversion treatment, and to provide a coated article. The invention provides a method for forming a multilayer coating film, comprising forming a chemical conversion coating film and an electrodeposition coating film on a metal substrate by Step 1 of immersing a metal substrate in a chemical conversion treatment solution to form a chemical conversion coating film, and Step 2 of omitting a part or all of the water-washing step, and performing electrodeposition coating on the metal substrate using a cationic electrodeposition coating composition to form an electrodeposition coating film, wherein when the electrodeposition coating is performed in Step 2, the solution adhered to and/or deposited on the metal substrate has an electrical conductivity of less than 10,000 µS/cm.

摘要: Disclosed are improved electrodeposition bath compositions comprising a resinous phase dispersed in an aqueous medium, the resinous phase being comprised of an active hydrogen containing ionic electrodepositable resin and a curing agent, where the improvement comprises the addition to a lead-free electrodeposition bath of at least one calcium compound in an amount of about 10 to 10,000 parts per million of total calcium and not more than about 200 parts per million soluble calcium, based on electrodeposition bath weight. The electrodeposition bath compositions are preferably cationic and provide for excellent corrosion resistance over a variety of metal substrates including untreated steel. Also disclosed is a method of electrocoating a conductive substrate using the improved electrodeposition bath compositions of the invention. Metallic substrates which are coated using the method of the invention are also disclosed.
