摘要: Provided is a porous film having high adhesiveness to electrodes and having excellent thermal dimensional stability and battery properties. This porous film includes a porous substrate and, on at least one surface of the porous substrate, a porous layer including inorganic particles and organic particles A, said organic particles A having adhesiveness to electrodes. The inorganic particle content in the porous layer is 50% by mass to 95% by mass. In 50 measurements of the surface elastic modulus of the porous layer, the value of α/β is 10 to 40, where α is the surface elastic modulus indicating the inorganic particles, and β is the minimum of the measured values, and the percentage of the 50 measured values that are included in the range from β to 2β is 30% to 100%.

摘要: A separator, a lithium-ion cell including the separator, and an electric apparatus including the lithium-ion cell. The separator includes a separator substrate and a coating layer disposed on the separator substrate, and the separator is adhered to an adjacent first electrode plate or second electrode plate through the coating layer. The coating layer is configured to decrease a peel force between the separator and an external component when a temperature is higher than a preset threshold or to be capable of chemically reacting with an acidic substance. When the temperature is higher than a threshold, the peel force between the separator and an adjacent electrode plate is decreased. To be specific, such lithium-ion cell can improve a current situation that the peel force between the separator and the electrode plate remains relatively great when the temperature of the cell is higher than a threshold.

Specifically, a separator including hollow adhesive particles, a method for manufacturing the same, and a secondary battery including the same are provided. The separator according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a porous substrate; and at least one coating layer which is placed on one or both surfaces of the porous substrate and includes inorganic particles and hollow adhesive particles. The separator of the present disclosure has improved surface adhesive strength, so that it may be adhered to an electrode with high adhesive strength. The present invention further provides a method for manufacturing a secondary battery including the separator. Further provided is a use of the hollow adhesive particles to increase adhesion to a porous separator substrate, and/or to suppress swelling of a separator in a secondary battery.-

摘要: An embodiment of the present invention provides a flexible all-solid-state battery including a weight energy density comparable to that of a conventional lithium-ion battery using an electrolytic solution and having a high level of safety that does not short-circuit even when bent under an excessive bending load. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a flexible all-solid-state battery including a layer of a solid-state polymer electrolyte arranged between a layer of a separator supporting the solid-state polymer electrolyte and a layer including a negative electrode active material is provided. In the flexible all-solid-state battery, the separator may include a woven fabric, a knit, or a non-woven cloth of an inorganic fiber or a polymeric fiber of 1 g/m2 to 70 g/m2 with a thickness in a range from 1 µm to 100 µm, an oxide ceramic particle layer including oxide ceramic particles with a particle size from 1 µm to 20 µm at a filling rate in a range from 5% to 60%, or a complex of the woven fabric, the knit, or the non-woven cloth and the oxide ceramic particles.
