摘要: Provided is a separator for a non-aqueous secondary battery, the separator contains a porous substrate and an adhesive porous layer that is provided on one side or on both sides of the porous substrate, and that contains a polyvinylidene fluoride type resin and a filler, in which a volume ratio of the filler in the adhesive porous layer excluding pores is from 30% by volume to 67% by volume, and when differential scanning calorimetry is performed with all of the polyvinylidene fluoride type resin contained in the adhesive porous layer as a sample, two or more endothermic peaks and/or two or more exothermic peaks are observed.

In an embodiment, provided is a separator for a rechargeable lithium battery including a heat resistant layer and an adhesive layer which are sequentially formed on at least one surface of a substrate, wherein the heat resistant layer includes a ceramic, the adhesive layer includes an adhesive binder and an organic filler, and the adhesive binder includes a polymer having an interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) structure.

摘要: The present application provides a separator and a battery including the separator. The separator includes a substrate, heat-resistant layers, and an adhesive layer, the heat-resistant layers are disposed on two opposite surfaces of the substrate, and the adhesive layer is disposed on the heat-resistant layer; and an adhesive force between the adhesive layer and negative electrode is A, a peel force between a heat-resistant layer and the substrate is B, and a ratio of A to B (A/B) is greater than 1. In the present application, heat-resistant layers of a separator are bonded to surfaces of positive electrode and negative electrode, so that it is difficult for the positive electrode and the negative electrode to be shorted at a high temperature, thereby improving safety performance of a battery. In addition, in the present application, an ethyl propionate solvent is added to a non-aqueous electrolyte solution, so that low-temperature performance of a battery cell can be further considered. In the present application, based on a synergistic effect between a separator and an electrolyte solution, for a battery obtained through preparation, safety performance of the cell is effectively improved, and a low-temperature performance of the cell is considered.

摘要: A high thermal-stability separator and method for manufacturing thereof are disclosed. The high thermal-stability separator comprises a porous film and a titanium oxide or/and titanium hydroxide film, wherein the porous film comprises a porous substrate and a inorganic layer, wherein the inorganic layer comprises a plurality of inorganic particles and a binder, the inorganic layer is formed on at least one surface of the porous substrate, and the porous substrate and the inorganic layer have a plurality of interconnected porous structures; and the titanium oxide or/and titanium hydroxide film is formed on the surface and the inner walls of porous structures of the porous film. The present high thermal-stability separator can provide enhanced compression retention and excellent high temperature melt integrity, and maintain a satisfied air permeability (Gurley) after compression.
